I never get sore. I'm lifting heavier than I ever have, but still haven't. I just started doing some of the barre workouts and they absolutely slay me while I'm doing them, so I'll think "Boy I'm going to be sore tomorrow"... next day- nothing.
Maybe I'm wrong but a part of me feels like I would like to feel where I worked out the day before. Like proof or something.
