It's sad that taking care of ourselves puts us in the minority isn't it. I am a nurse practitioner and have patients everyday ask how do you stay so slim? When I tell them healthy eating and exercise 4-6 days a week, many are like - Oh. I guess they expected an easy answer. I am happy to say that I have inspired some to start programs. Frankly I am better educated to teach people how to take care of themselves since I've started this journey two years ago. We are all setting examples for others to follow!!!
