Hello Jennifer,
I try to practice yoga daily. Some days I practice 90 minutes, some days 15 minutes. It depends upon how I am feeling that day really. I attend classes, use DVDs and do my own practice. If you regularly do a strong practice (perhaps vinyasa or ashtanga style) you should have no problems maintaining or increasing your strength. If you are looking for DVDs I recommend anything from Shiva Rea. I would also recommend taking classes regularly to ensure you are doing the poses properly. I am now teaching one yoga class per week at my local community center, but I make sure I still attend a class weekly so I continue to learn and develop.
