I am planning on doing CF Mix and Max tomorrow and would like to be forwarned.:7 Have you done this one and what can you tell me about it? I do know it's 80 min. long!}( I better rest up!

Hi Gin--

I have done Mix and Max and it wore me out but I enjoyed it and felt very accomplished after.

It starts with the BM2 warm up, then the LIC bonus cardio, all 6 drill max cardio drills, and then finishes up with the BM2 circuits and bonus cardio.

It's a real buttkicker (and that's what I like about it). I am going to work it into my regular rotation.

Good luck--you can do it

For me, Mix and Max was harder from an endurance standpoint (my legs were screaming!) The components of the cardio fusion standard workout and the mix and max workout are really the same except that the mix and max adds the BM2 bonus cardio (and you do it twice).

If you can do cardio fusion, you can do the mix and max. Just have a thirsty towel handy!

Okay..I have now completed Mix&Max and I am toast.:p I was exhausted after drill #6, HR was over 175 and still had about 25 min. left. Honestly I was a little dizzy at the end. Not sure if I have had enough water and I AM 47!!:+
I think it is harder than the reg. w/o just becuase it is longer.

Is that the 80-minute workout? If so, I've done it (well, not exactly, since I wasn't interested in doing a BMax segment twice in a row, so I skipped the repeated segment.) If not, I haven't!
