who got results from Rock Bottoms rotation?

I am going to Cancun in May and was wanting to work my legs so I look good in a swimsuit! Any feedback would be wonderful!:)
 
Anyone? Anyone??? :7 I decided to do this anyway. The BBW looks like it targets exactly the spots that I want to get tone. I guess I was just wondering what other rotations work those hard spots on women. Happy stepping!
 
"Toning" means losing body fat. There is no such thing as spot reduction.

Make sure you eat clean and keep your calories in check.
 
Heidisue.... I did the June 06 (rock bottoms) rotation. I really liked it, especially the bonus butt workout. I got good results from it. Another rotation I'd recommend is the Sept 05 rotation (Butts and Guts)... I've done this one twice and have gotten excellent results both times. I saw much improved definition in my legs and glutes. As the poster above said, you must eat clean. This will greatly enhance the defintion you see. (I just wish I followed my own advice!! Alas.... I have the weight room part down... I just need to get the kitchen part!!)
 
Thanks Lucinda and Jane for your input. I am going to do rock bottoms in Feb. then do Butts and gutts in March. I love Cathe's rotations. I am doing my best at eating clean. I never eat fast food (unless it's subway!) and I have been incorporating more vegetables and fruits in my diet. Not real good about trying to avoid the sugar. That's my weekness but I am going to do my best starting Feb which when I do get off the sugar for a week or so I feel great. Eating clean's the hard part oh and more water.
