Heidisue.... I did the June 06 (rock bottoms) rotation. I really liked it, especially the bonus butt workout. I got good results from it. Another rotation I'd recommend is the Sept 05 rotation (Butts and Guts)... I've done this one twice and have gotten excellent results both times. I saw much improved definition in my legs and glutes. As the poster above said, you must eat clean. This will greatly enhance the defintion you see. (I just wish I followed my own advice!! Alas.... I have the weight room part down... I just need to get the kitchen part!!)
