I have been on WW for 6 months and I am within 2 lbs. of goal weight. I have kick my workouts up, and I do mostly taekwando, Cathe videos and running. My biggest body problem now seems to be that I am not losing inches from my upper thighs. This seems to be the last real problem area. I have the videos PS Legs, PLB and LL. Which would be best for trying to rid myself of these saddlebags? I know I can't spot reduce. I know that I need to continue to lower my body fat and eat as clean as possible, too. Any other suggestions on things I could do or other workouts to try? Thanks so much!
