Which Would You Recommend?

I have been on WW for 6 months and I am within 2 lbs. of goal weight. I have kick my workouts up, and I do mostly taekwando, Cathe videos and running. My biggest body problem now seems to be that I am not losing inches from my upper thighs. This seems to be the last real problem area. I have the videos PS Legs, PLB and LL. Which would be best for trying to rid myself of these saddlebags? I know I can't spot reduce. I know that I need to continue to lower my body fat and eat as clean as possible, too. Any other suggestions on things I could do or other workouts to try? Thanks so much!
 
Don't have much to say in terms of advice, but wanted to say awesome job for being this close to your goal! Must feel wonderful!

Maybe more interval training or circuit training? What does your typical workout week look like?

(hope someone with more experience comes along with a response!)
 
hello! i'm a south beach gal :) and i've been stuck and wanting to lose an additional 2 pounds for a couple of months now!

my problem areas were also my thighs.. and what worked for me was cycling! i'm an avid cathe fan and have been doing her workouts exclusively for a few months now.. but nothing worked on my legs/thighs like riding my bike! i've only been riding since june 28th.. but i have to say.. i love my legs!!!! yep.. never thought i'd hear myself say that! however i must add.. you have to spin (peddle fast at a lower gear) rather than mash the heavy gears.. cuz i believe the mashing/heavier gears actually bulk you up!

i still do LL and PLB, leg presses, etc.. as part of my cathe rotations.. but the cycling really slimmed me down!
 
Thank you both for responding! Being so close to goal is great. Now I am just trying to reshape my body. It is getting there, but the upper thighs are the problem right now.

With the bike riding, you are not talking a spin class (I don't have any near me), but actually riding your bike only in low gear. Is this all terrain riding - hills, flat, etc.? And if so, you do it all in low gear? I have a bike, just don't ride it often!
 
I have a bike to, but I do not ride it that much either??? I was wondering what RPM's do you go? How much have you been riding your bike?? Also do you think I could get this effect with my Schwinn aerodyn bike?? I go on kicks where I will ride it but have not been consistantly;( Thank you a head of time:) :)
