Hi there- trying to decide which workout to do first. For those of you who have done them - which have you tried and how challenging have they been?

Soo excited .... I LOVE that new DVD smell! LOL!!

I've only done Low Impact Challenge so far. It was so much fun! There are some new, fun moves & the time just flew! I can't wait to try the rest. I'm trying to decide between AfterBurn, Slide n Glide, or Turbo Barre for tonight. Eeney, meenie, miney, mo.... LOL Decisions, decisions.....

I did Slide n' Glide this morning. The ab portion was tough for me. There were only a few times where my heart rate really went up. It was super fun, I hope she continues to make more workouts like this one. The cardio portion was only 26 minutes, I would have gone longer with that part and done without the strength/abs section.

I did Low Impact Challenge, too ..... I love how even the warm up is incorporated when you string everything together AND how the blast just keeps on going!

I can't remember which workout is which, so I'm off to read the descriptions here to see what to do this morning.

I just finished After Burn. Loved it, but the jumping jacks on the discs put pressure and stress on the outside of my knee. I hope it's just a matter of getting used to the movements.

I did After Burn this morning. It was great. I was totally dripping with sweat & trembling by the end of it. I also had a little trouble with the jumping jacks; I felt awkward but I think it will take a few times for me to get used to the disks on this exercise & couple of the other ones.

I just finished After Burn and loved it, but it's tough! Some of the cardio using sliding disks worked muscles I wasn't aware I had. I have knee issues, but the workout didn't bother my joints - just made me huff and puff in a good way.

Turbo Barre but Cathe warned me on FB that I will be in pain. It's one I shouldn't have to preview prior.

I did slide & glide this morning. It was soooo much fun. More like play than exercise. I'm going to try afterburn tomorrow. just watched it again and I'm worried. Looks really hard even if it is low impact.

I did Low Impact Challenge and agree with the previous posters that it is loads of fun! But it's challenging to learn, for sure. I will have it down after a time or two doing it again. Such fun new moves. I LOVE the hip hop L step!

Low Impact Challenge...and it was! I can really, REALLY tell I have been neglecting my Cathe step workouts....ohmy...I'm soooo glad no one but my doggie could see me floppin' and flappin' all over the place

I'll learn it though :D

Ruh Roh!! I too have been neglecting my Cathe workouts! Oh dear! We are expecting 1-2 feet of snow over the next two days. Besides working from home, I feel the wrath of slacking heading my way!!:eek:

Still excited.... and a tiny bit scared! Thank you soo much for the feedback! Keep it comin'!

I've only been previewing, lol. I'm scared to get started. I'm planning on Low Impact Challenge tomorrow.

After previewing twice, I will try it this week- Low Impact Challenge. Turbo Barre tonight and Athletic training on Wednesday. No spin bike so no Cycling for me. Keep posting reviews.

I too am on meso III right now. Yesterday I did disc 30 followed by trisets - lower body. (and then I hopped on my rebounder for 35 mintues - figured I needed to flush those muscles). I am really looking forward to November's rotation with LIS - but what I really want is a rotation with LIS and STS! I will be starting up STS again in the New Year!

baylian: so sorry. :( Where are you?

In answer to the question though, I have done Tri-Sets and Cycle Max. With Cycle Max I was dripping sweat off my shoulders and down my arms. To talk like a high-schooler :D , it was totally cool! And I am not even in the shape I was 4 months ago due to my serious injury! I can't imagine how great it would be if I was actually as fit as I was.

Today, however, I had to go back to one of my "regulars" so I did STS Total Body...just 'cuz I wanted to!

macbeanur: I hope to start STS again at the beginning of the year too!
