I had the best results with CTX because I didn't get burned out from them. I was able to stick with it longer and be more consistent.
I find if I work out too hard and too long, 5 to 6 days a week, I get burned out and then am not as motivated.
Also, since I work full time I find it easier to do shorter cardio workouts during the week and longer ones on the weekend.
