Which series gave you the quickest results for fat loss and definition?

I had the best results with CTX because I didn't get burned out from them. I was able to stick with it longer and be more consistent.

I find if I work out too hard and too long, 5 to 6 days a week, I get burned out and then am not as motivated.

Also, since I work full time I find it easier to do shorter cardio workouts during the week and longer ones on the weekend.

I lost about 6 pounds using CTX, but I always lose weight better doing cardio. Intensity really firmed me up good, but I didn't lose any weight. Maybe I lost fat and gained muscle at the same time. With CTX, I lost a lot of belly and thigh fat. They are completely different series-CTx is very cardio oriented and Intensity very weights oriented.

Intensity for sure.
My hips slimmed down a lot and I got great muscle definition especially in my core region. The results were unlike anything I had ever seen before.
Love it love it love it!

I couldn't vote because I only have intensity series and haven't been 'at it' long enough.

But, I was glad to see the results of the poll, since this is the series I'm doing!! :D

I have about 55# to lose.
