Which series are you favorite?

My favorite is, by far, the Intensity Series. I love Imax 2, and PUB/PLB is probably my favorite Cathe dvd of all time. There's a great mix of interval, cardio, weight, and circuit work in this series (as there is in ALL her series :)) but I click more with this one.

Oh, wait, now I'm thinking about how much I love the Hardcore Series. I treasure my Gym Styles workouts and Hardcore Extreme. Hmmmm....

Oh shoot, I also love the Body Blast Series and the 4DS Series. Oh and where would I be without BM2, Drillmax and Butts and Gutts. Aw, crap, nevermind. :eek::confused:
 
4DS without a doubt is my favorite series...it's versatile...it's mentally challenging...it has given me strength gains....I can get great workouts in under 40 minutes when I use the mixes... How much do I love it? I have to PRY myself away frrom it for a new rotation and I already have plans in 4 weeks to go back to it!!!
 
Geez, how can you only pick one??

Probably the BM2, Drill Max, B&G, etc series.. whatever that one is. Didn't we pick an informal name for that series on this forum?

Then the Intensity Series.
 
I love the "no name" series -- BM2, DM, LIC, and B&G. I also love Gym Styles, and the Body Blast ones.... Ugghhh, I love them all!!
 
Hands down for me is The Body Blast. I just love the music and Step Blast and Legs and Glutes, and KPC and supersets. I really also like Hardcore, 4DS, and the npname one!

This is a seriously difficult thing to try to figure out!!! I would say my fav would be mmmm....Intensity Series with Body Blast a close second.
 
Body Blast (I could do Step Blast and KPC every day!) followed very closely with Intensity and the "no name" series. The Hardcore series isn't far behind as I love me some Gym Styles and Low Max! They are all very good - this is a tough question!!
 
Very, very tough to choose!! If I had to pick, I think I would pick the Intensities and Body Blast series for sentimental reasons -- I started with them (came to Cathe kinda late ;) ). Really though, I love them all for various reasons.
 
I think this is very hard to narrow down as I find I like them all for different reasons at different times.

I love the Intensity Series and CTX (if you want to call that a series) because of the variety.

I currently love 4DS as I've enjoyed doing weight work on a 4 day schedule.

But I also really love the Gym Styles and Body Blast! Like I said, I like them for different reasons at different times and I think the variety they offer for changing things up works really well.

I love them all!

Mine would be the no name series (butts and guts etc) followed by the Intensity series. But very hard to choose really.
 
Well said Alli! lol I can't pick one series specifically either. I love PUB and PLB, and the gymstyle, and 4DS, and Hardcore.... They are all so fantastic in many, many ways.

My favorites for aerobics and weights combined would be the no name 2006 series (Butts and Guts, etc) closely followed by the Body Blast series. For weights only, my favorite would be the Hardcore Series with the Gym Styles and MuscleMax.
 
It's tough for me to pick a series b/c I like various workouts from all the series. If I was stranded on an island with a fully equipped air conditioned workout room and could only take one Cathe series, I would probably pick the Intensity Series b/c it has cardio, circuits, strength, and endurance. Well, maybe the Body Blast series b/c it has so many premix options, fun music, and it would have more cardio options as well as circuits and strength.
 
It's a toss up between the HC series and the Intensity series. It seems like those are the ones I grap whether I want to do a three day split with the Gym Styles and Muscle Max or I'm going for the PUB/PLB and ME. I could do any of those workouts any given day and get results.
