Which new DVD's have you tried so far???

I was pressed for time so I did the Bonus Bootcamp from Intensity- AWESOME!! I wish I could do all four at one time!! :eek::eek::D

INTENSITY this morning...everything except for the BootCamp segment and I tacked on the abs from HIGHER REPS!
 
I'm telling you... just when you think Cathe can't POSSIBLY kick your butt harder... she brings it on with a vengence!!! I'm gonna have to work-up to this new level... keep the challenges, coming, Cathe!!

This morning I did the high reps UB premix...but it´s missing the back :( I added that in....it´s a great workout! New exercises along with tried and true and i like the way it says on the screen the equipment needed. Keeps things moving
 
I did High Reps upper body only yesterday. (I split days- upper and lower). I am feeling those partials today!!!!:eek::eek::eek: Great workout!! :)
 
Intensity

I did the Step Only premix from Intensity. I was planning a short cardio workout for today, so this was perfect. I loved it, had a lot of fun, & can't wait to do the others too!
 
High Reps yesterday, no time for down time!

It's a mover, I'm pretty sure that little chihuahua made a visit there at the end!..........and I went light!

I've done Lower Body Blast without the add-ons- my new favorite! & Intensity with the Lo HiIt - my new favorite! Oops, already said that! LOL I'm trying out STS Total Body tonight. That will probably be my new favorite... LOL The choices to mix things up are incredible, so none of these will ever get "old"!
