I agree with Rogue. The other two have their strengths, but for outright fun, it's KPC, in my book. For me, anything from the Body Blast series is highest on the "fun" list. Just love that series.

I too, agree. KPC is one of my favorite workouts. Especially, though, if you add the blast challenge from KM to the end!! ")

I voted for Kick Max, but only the way *I* do it, lol. I do the blasts first, right after the warm-up, then the kick/punch combos. Then the leg drills. I didn't like it as much as produced. And as much as I *try* to love KP&C, I just don't. It's ok, but I have some dread factor with that one. I'm in the minority, I know...

Carol,
I do KM the way you do it, too! I like it much better that way! I like to mish mosh KM, KPC & CK for a killer workout.

Shirl & Carol -

I was having trouble deciding which workout to do today when I came across this post from you two. So, I decided to try it & let me tell you I do like it SO much better with the blast challenge first, then Kicking combos, then leg work, then cooldown. Thank you very much for that ideas. KPC is still my favorite but I will do Kick Max more now that I've changed it up.

Shril - You say you mish mosh KM, KPC,& CK for a killer workout-can you share exactly what you do?

Thanks again! :)

JenL13,

I like it better b/c you work harder from the get go, the kicking combos are less intense which prepare you for the leg work.
One mish mosh that I do is; CK warm-up through power drills, KM blast challenge, KPC high intensity drills, stability ball abs & stretch. I have a few others, but I need to look them up, it's been a while since I've done them.

That is exactly why I like it better also, it gets you sweating right away and then if you go right into kicking combos my heart rate stayed up more during those than it ever did when doing them first, I wouldn't even really break a sweat & I was putting 100% into it!! And as you said they prepare you for leg work-when doing it as is I would always hit pause after the blasts and wait about 5-10 min. before doing the drills-going from such a high intensity and then to such a low intensity is just odd!

Wow, that mish mosh does sound challenging... I will write it down and give it a try next weekend-sounds too challenging for a weekday after 8 hours of mental stress! I love KPC high intensity drills & love the ab section on that one also-not sure why but for some reason i think it is so much fun! If you have time to post the others once you look up that would be great, but if not I understand!

Thanks again! :)
