Which Intensity after Powerhour??

I went and did Powerhour today which of course is a killer. Then what did I get tonight but my Intensity series!! So, which one can I do tomorrow??? I don't think that I can wait till Wed. Oh yeah, I did IMAX on Sunday. Any suggestions?

You could probably get away with Cardio & Weights BUT use REALLY light weights since you just did PH. It doesn't really incorporate lower body weighted work, you do squats or lunges while working the upper body, but if you used really light dumbbells, like 3 or 5# you should be okay. I wouldn't go higher than 5# though especially if you really worked your muscles hard with PH. You could do Imax 2 since you're really just learning it and probably wouldn't be going "full out" anyway! I know you're suppose to put 2 days between interval workouts, but speaking just for me, CTX cardio is pretty interval like for me and I do them back to back, so you could probably do Imax 2.

Hey guys!

Thanks for your suggestions. I wimped out and did Firms Super Cardio. The energy level was just not there to attempt IMAX2. Tomorrow I am officially starting the Intensity's Advanced Total Body Blast by Cathe rotation. :D Wish me luck!!
