Which ICE Workout?

I have Rockm Sockm...Love it. With weighted gloves and the blasts...I get a great workout. I am looking for your favorite that includes weights and cardio? Thanks!
 
Love chiseled lower body and with heavier weights it feels advanced to me; total body metabolic is good as well but i think there's only cardio in the blizzard blast. I was hoping they would be showing up in the daily deal so i could order a couple more.

The RWH series did not show up in Daily Deals until February of this year I think, so I would not expect to see them up for sale this early. Going on just what happened with RWH anyway. They may just surprise you!! :)

The cardio plus weights ones for the series would be Lower Body Blast and Bootcamp. Plus, you get a metabolic and sweat effect from Metabolic TB as pointed out above. Low Impact Sweat uses lighter weights, but is not considered a weight routine really.....just used for cardio as Cathe does it. I think Low Impact Sweat might be my fave of the series, though. I just enjoy all the options with this one!!
Some of the DVDs have premixes where weights (one body part - Muscle Melt) is mixed in, so there you are most certainly doing cardio plus weights. Have you tried this with Rock 'm Sock 'm yet?
 
ICE Bootcamp is my new favorite. It is a great sweat fest. I also like LI Sweat( cardio 2 is now my favorite) with the muscle meltdown for back. Great combination. Oh yeah and Chiseled Lower Body is good too. Ok, I just love the whole series.
 
I really love this set, great premixes and you can make this as tough as you want. The blasts and the muscle melt downs make it even more versatile. And to think I nearly missed out because it was billed as intermediate, tsk.

I believe I do Low Impact Sweat slightly more because of the music, but its a tie between all of the rest (which isn't helpful to you) so I will say Low Impact Sweat if I was to get another one.
 
Thanks all! I decided on Low Impact Sweat because I also purchased Flex Train as the daily deal. Just tried it today with the blizzard blast. Great workout! I loved some of the new moves. You can definitely increase the intensity to make it more challenging and not so intermediate. Really like that flexibility.
