Which Cathe workouts?

Have the following exercises: the fighter stance and the power jig? They are two separate workouts, and I never remember which ones have the moves I like, there are so many!

Power jigs in Step, Jump and Pump, Body Blast series.

Fighter stance is from a more recent step workout: which one?!?!?

I'm always impressed by the Cathe workout memory all of you have! I'm sitting here thinking.....I JUST did that fighter stance. Also, doesn't Cathe do that Power jig in more than one workout? Or is it that I've done that move many times due to premixes? greatest hits? fusions? I simply don't know anymore.....I just follow along and do as I'm told!

tlc93,
My sentiments exactly! Than I think, I need to exercise my brain function to retain memory and hold back the dementia! LOL!

Thank you everyone! Sometimes you're just in the mood for a power jig, you know? :) Right before I posted this, I actually started Party Rockin' Step #2 and thought, "Nah, this isn't the one with the fighter stance," and tried "Athletic Step," which of course is not right. I still love that workout, in any case, so it was no big loss. FYI, I accidentally happened upon Power Jig in the warm up of the Cardio&Weights series, "Higher Intensity Step" workout! That was a nice surprise!

Power jigs are everywhere! But if all else fails and you are really itching to do a power jig, you can always throw one in to replace a three knee repeater (just end the power jig with a knee up on the step and you should still be on count + the correct foot).
Oh, Lisa, I have seriously meant to ask you this question ~10,000 times (give or take) during a step workout, but have always forgotten to do so:
What, if any, is the difference between a 'seven knee repeater' and a 'sculpt seven'? Do you stay lower/in more of a one-legged squat during the latter?
Lacking the answer to this question doesn't interfere with my workouts, but the question is always sort of dangling there annoyingly. ;)

Short answer: yes! You stay lower, you fix the support leg so it burns out a little. With 7 knee repeater, there's more bounciness to the move so it is more of a 'filler' and gives your lungs a break!

No fair! Clare stole my thunder! My one chance to actually appear knowledgeable about something. Ah well, it would have been a ruse anyway. :)

Yep, like Clare said, the sculpt seven is more for the leg burn...think Low Max, where the purpose is to bake your buns and thighs with lower intensity cardio. The 7 knee repeater is definitely bouncier, and Cathe has suggested a 7 knee repeater as a low impact replacement for Power Circle Sevens, for example (IIRC) in PRS2.

Roz, may you sleep better tonight with this knowledge. ;)
