I'm always impressed by the Cathe workout memory all of you have! I'm sitting here thinking.....I JUST did that fighter stance. Also, doesn't Cathe do that Power jig in more than one workout? Or is it that I've done that move many times due to premixes? greatest hits? fusions? I simply don't know anymore.....I just follow along and do as I'm told!
Yeah but then, there's the point that you wanna save brain and memory space for meaningful stuff of enormous magnitude, not the trivia that makes up our days!

I was gonna say Body Max Original for power jigs. Maybe both? Love me some power jigs. She had them in a Live step workout -- step choreography with blasts? Not sure, sorry.Power jig is in Body Max 2, I think.
Oh, Lisa, I have seriously meant to ask you this question ~10,000 times (give or take) during a step workout, but have always forgotten to do so:Power jigs are everywhere! But if all else fails and you are really itching to do a power jig, you can always throw one in to replace a three knee repeater (just end the power jig with a knee up on the step and you should still be on count + the correct foot).
Oh, Lisa, I have seriously meant to ask you this question ~10,000 times (give or take) during a step workout, but have always forgotten to do so:
What, if any, is the difference between a 'seven knee repeater' and a 'sculpt seven'? Do you stay lower/in more of a one-legged squat during the latter?
Lacking the answer to this question doesn't interfere with my workouts, but the question is always sort of dangling there annoyingly.

Short answer: yes! You stay lower, you fix the support leg so it burns out a little. With 7 knee repeater, there's more bounciness to the move so it is more of a 'filler' and gives your lungs a break!
