Which brand of stretch bands?

Which brand of stretch bands do you use in your stretching exercises?

I bought some but they appear to be much shorter than the ones you use on FitTV.

If I knew the name and type of the ones you use I will not make the mistake of buying the wrong kind again.

Also could you supply me with a link where I can buy them online? Just in case I cannot find them in the local stores.

Hi!

I got mine from advancedworkouts.com

They are 6ft in length, the size you need for the Cathe workouts. Red is Medium Resistance and Green Heavy Resistance.

The ones from fwonline are pretty much the exact ones that Cathe uses, in the 6ft length. They are inexpensive and ship very fast. I also ordered an extra one - so I can leave one tied for the firewalkers... :)
