I am doing an older Christ Taylor step workout called Totally Cool Step on an eight inch step, and my heart rate is not going anywhere. Even with all the leaps and pivots, it is still only 125. Do you think that there is something wrong with my Polar 4T heart rate monitor, and it is new. What could it be? I don't even feel like finishing the workout, but I am since I am twenty minutes into it.
