I've been doing Cathe workouts for over a year. i started with basic step and body fusion, doing the add-ons for strength. Then I got supersets/pushpull, then Bootcamp and ME and now I just got bodymax 2. The heaviest weights I have are 10 # dumbells. I think am ready to go a little heavier. should I get 12 # and 15 # dumbells or should I take the plunge and get the barbell? When did you start?
