What's your weekend workout (if you're not on the Road Trip)?

Today I'm doing a step workout when my youngest son naps--I am feeling ambitious and may do Body Max 2 (but without the upper body because I just did upper body yesterday).

Tomorrow is usually rest day.

Sunday I'm starting a new rotation (but haven't decided which one) so it will either be Tracy Effinger's Squeeze or one of Cathe's High Step workouts.

Friday - Stadium Bleacher Run with my boot camp buddies
Saturday - PUB
Sunday - PLB & some sort of cardio in the afternoon
 
THIS weekend: Saturday I will do a lower body workout at the gym. Sunday I will do Cathe cardio at home...probably a mix of IMAX2 and something else.
 
Today is Drillmax and abs.

Saturday - 8 mile run

Sunday - Coremax 3 and maybe a stretch, since my legs have been really bothering me this week.
 
Today: iTread 1--40 minutes & Progressive Power Yoga
Tomorrow: Power Squeeze and iSculpt Ballet 11
Sunday: CC Vol. 3
 
Today: The Gaunlet (the terminator DVD)
Saturday: Lower body day. I will do the floor work of gym style legs and the floor work of iballet 20.
Sunday: The low impact circuit. I love it.

Today was 22 mile bike ride.
Saturday either rest or PUB.
Sunday is the Ride for Sight - either 50 miles or 62.5 miles, depending on who I ride with.

Sat- Lowmax and core max 3
Sun- Muscle Max
Mon- power walk with itread
 
Today was Kick Max, first 40 mins or so...wasn't really feeling it this morning.

Not sure about tomorrow, maybe a lower body circuit, Sunday maybe an upper body circuit.
 
Since I am still on "healing" exercises, I will walk on my treadmill for awhile, do my PT exercises, and was thinking about trying Push/Pull-upper body. :)
Then I will say a thank-you prayer that I can actually walk on my treadmill without pain, something I have not been able to do for years!:7 :7
 
I plan on running this morning with my DH, if he'll get out of bed; otherwise I'll be running solo. I plan on doing yoga later on.
Tomorrow is The Gauntlet with a few of my own add ons.

Today I'm planning to do BM2 & Leaner Legs.
Tomorrow will be some kettlebell training, Drill Max, and High Step challenge or ME. I'm doing some extra w/o's in honor of the RT (and the barrage of "unclean" food I just inhaled...hormones are out of control....i'm sure you ladies can relate :) )
