You might also try the low-impact premix in Kickmax. The Blast Challenge is as high impact as you can get. But there is pretty much no jumping (maybe even none) in the warm-up, combos, and leg drills. I've used this premix before (about and hour) when I was working through plantar fasciitis. It's a nice little workout. Just for some variety from the beloved Lomax!
