What's your favorite low impact w/o (Cathe's or anyone elses)?

I'm looking for some low impact stuff to add in for when my knees or back seem to be a little "tired".
Any suggestions?

You might also try the low-impact premix in Kickmax. The Blast Challenge is as high impact as you can get. But there is pretty much no jumping (maybe even none) in the warm-up, combos, and leg drills. I've used this premix before (about and hour) when I was working through plantar fasciitis. It's a nice little workout. Just for some variety from the beloved Lomax!

I like Charlene Prickett's Start Your Engines, which is a good low-impact HiLo workout that kind of sneaks up on you. I DO sweat when I do it, and would say it more for days when you want to work out but not go full-tilt. I would do this on a day when it's raining and I couldn't walk outside. THAT kind of low impact.

Thanks for your suggestions!! I have lo max but I can't do that all the time. Just looking for some variety.

Do you have access to other equipment? The rebounder is great for low impact stuff.

I find I need to low max with one riser. Two risers take their toll on my knees so IMHO low max may not be the best low impact workout in terms of being gentle to the knees.

I would recommend most of Charlene's low impact workouts. Sometimes I do two, but they get the job done!

Have your tried treadmoves workouts?? They are great if you have a treadmill. You dont have to run you can walk fast or slow and it alternates with weights and you do lunges and pushups and abs at the end. Very fun and effective workout in my opinion-oh the music is good and so is the inst. Lynn.

I have been doing Power Max as low impact (no jumping or hopping) since I messed with my knee. Raise the risers and you get an incredible workout.
