Hmmmmmm.... I like them all, but I must be pretty much alone when I say I like Supersets & Push Pull the most. They're just my perfect I-don't-feel-like-doing-anything-today workouts. But they work me and I have a blast doing them. They're definitely not the toughest, but I think they're overlooked gems for when you just can't face PH or ME.....
