What's today's fitness menu?

I'm so full reading all these so I think I'll pass! Ha! (I just got home from babysitting and THAT was a workout! I am doubling up tomorrow, a run and STS legs will be on my plate!)
 
So far, so fast. We'll see if I can muster up an appetite for "dinner." Looks like I AM the biggest loser (and not in the good way). This week sucks.
 
Muscle Max Timesaver "premix" , extra side of warm up, those leg presses on the step with the band didn't go all that well, (again), I must be doing them all wrong, 'cause it's definitely hurting in the wrong places....? :confused:

will try again with this next week, x2 .....:)

I had a bright and early breakfast of SC Kickbox (yum!) and then spent lunch doing a 4 1/2 hour drivemax down the highway to come home.
 
I'm so envious reading all the time many of you have for exercise! Does chasing little ones count?! Actually, I started bright and early today with Cardio Core Circuit and don't think I could have managed anything else, since I barely got through that! I LOVE that workout!!

Today I skipped breakfast, lunch today was a brisk walk while running errands, and it was an early dinner with High Step Circuit.
 
There was some house cleaning, so I think I'll count that, and then a very uninspired upper body workout later this evening. I just couldn't get into it at all, switched DVD's twice before just doing my own thing, which wasn't much better, but at least I got through the major muscles.

I'm hoping the extreme DOMS in my legs subsides somewhat by tomorrow, I'd like to do Shock MMA or Boxing on Saturday.
 
Breakfast was 5 rounds of AeroSculpt with Michael Olajide and Fusion Flow with Ellen Barrett. Lunch was a hike in the woods with the dogs and dinner was well dinner--rice and beans and a huge salad.
