What's the most evil STS Workout

For me hands down it is Disk 3 legs. I did it yesterday and it killed me, just like it did the first time through STS. Today was my normal rest day, and I'm really hoping I can manage some cardio in the morning. Every muscle between my knees and my butt is killing me.
 
For me would also be disk #3 (during first and second rotation) I had massive DOMS, also disk#5 gave me some serious triceps DOMS

I thought it was just me! I did disc 3 Fri and woke up yesterday feeling sore, but I powered through a premix KickMax workout for cardio; yeah I can barely walk today!!! My BF had to knead my quads and glutes last night because they were on fire. Still feeling it today...

One more vote for plyo!
Even though my personal experience is this: I had to take a week off (!!) after the first squat rack routine in meso 3. The heavy barbell bruised me and I thought my spine was gonna break from holding it on my shoulders. I am still recovering from that...... experience, shall we say. I'm restarting tomorrow where I left off, I have to finish this damn thing.

Disc 26 - Plyo Legs

I thought I was going to be sick:confused: It didn't help that I did it at 5am which is unusual for me as I generally w/o in the evenings. The following week I did it in the evening and it went much better I'm happy to report. Still can't complete the last 3-4 drills though:rolleyes:
 
For me the difference between plyo legs and Meso 1 legs is that plyo legs is harder to do, but doesn't give me DOMS while Meso 1 legs give me a lot of them.
 
For me, the most evil disk is the one in M1 with 170+ push-ups. The last time I did it, I got through nearly all of them on my toes, but felt my outer chest muscles for nearly a week. There's another one where DH loves reaping the benefits of my soreness...
