What's next?

For those who were following the January rotation, I was wondering what you plan to do next? Will there be a new rotation for February? (I'm a new Cathe convert so I don't know if she does them monthly or just once in awhile). Will you take a rest week with lighter workouts before moving on to a new rotation? I was thinking maybe a week of yoga plus metabolic training workouts might be a nice change of pace before moving on to more heavy weight workouts.
