I would like MMA, steady state step, and a traveler's workout. At this time I am not interested in purchasing kettlebells (re: no $$$ for them). I am also cautious after reading some opinions that kettlebell instruction is best done live in person.

Kettlebells, kettlebells, kettlebells!!!

MMA sounds interesting, but I'm not really sure what that would entail so I only voted for *kettlebells*!

I'd love a Steady State Step, a LowMax 2 Step, an Imax 4 step, a mixed High Impact/Low Impact Interval step, a Step Circuit workout. And whilsts I'm on a roll, a BodyMax 3, a High Step Challenge 2, a Drill Max 2 and, oh, a Low Impact Circuit 2 would just round it out very nicely! Anything that has to do with a cardio in step format is my cup of tea. Can ya tell I LOVE step!! Hee Hee!! I'm not into the martial art/kick boxing type workouts — too much quick jerky movements for my shoulder joints and just not fun and dancy enough for me.

another like Maximum intensity cardio!!! this workout is the best of the best
also Imax 4 it could be a great idea

Wow! Interesting results! Keep those votes coming--lurkers know you can vote without posting, but if you vote for "something else" please specify. Thanks everyone!

Jonahnah,

This poll was interesting!.... Although I run the risk that Cathe may use this as Market Research input, and my no. 1 option wont see the light of the day for a very looooooooooooonnnnnnnnggggg time (audio STS Gym).

Vrinda, I voted with you for an audio STS. I ordered the DVD but I'm planning to join a gym after the New Year and I'd love to be able to do STS there.

I also voted for a travel workout. I'd love to have a good, solid band workout that you can do anywhere. And finally, I voted for a beginner workout, and by that I mean step. I only do machine cardio but I could see my way clear to do step if she had more in the beginner range with basic choreography.

Michele,

I love working out a gym for weights better than at home. I use DVDs now for variety and to learn techniques I can incorporate at the gym. I am waiting to hear how you feel once you start.

We are so much in the minority. :( Maybe we should highlight that Cathe should make STS-gym because that opens up a whole new audience to her just in case she is reading ;)

Vrinda

SSS and another Imax Interval workout.
A Hi Low interval one would be great to take with on trips where you don't have a step.

I would really, really like another Imax next or some other hard core cardio. The weather is too cold for my long bike rides now!

Yoga and a Foam Roller workout for MFR, even if the MFR is just 20 minutes tacked on to the end of a workout. Also, more intermediate step workouts under 1 hour for lighter days.

I've been waiting for the MMA series ever since she announced it (actually, before she announced it, when it was just a kickboxing or boxing workout---can't even remember which).

I think Cathe would do kettlebells well, but she'd need to be certified to teach them, so they wouldn't make the next series (unless she's already been using them). I voted for them anyway.

KB circuit would be nice as well (or, as I like to call it KB2 --that's supposed to be a superscript '2', but I'm not sure how to do that), as in "KB squared": a Kickboxing and Kettlebell circuit!

I'd like some kettlebell workouts... But what I really NEED most are a bunch of HIIT cardio workouts that run between 30 and 45 minutes. I keep reading that HITT is much more effective than steady state - and I see that with Cardio Coach and with my old FIRM cardio routines I've reintroduced. Also, I've become convinced those marathon cardio sessions that drag on and on (more than 40-45 minutes) result in nothing more than me spinning my wheels. I keep reading this stuff and it's becoming real important to me to get maximum results in minimum time. I'm all about efficiency now.

This wasn't even listed, and knowing Cathe's love of intensity it probably isn't even a possibility, but I would LOVE an intermediate circuit workout with dumbbells and bands, and just floor work for the cardio.

I voted MMA, travel, and KB circuit. Funny thing, for as much as I love kickbox dvds, I've been taking a group kickbox class that i love even more, so I have not been using any of my cardio dvds lately. I'm sure that will change, I go through phases.
