I voted for kettlebells, travel and SSS.

I really want to try kettlebells but now have to wait until after a STS rotation.

I agree with a few other posts that 30-45mins would be great and also intermediate level.

Is it possible to do boot camp or HIIT that is low impact?

I voted for another SSS but I'd also like her to do another Imax or a BodyMax or something in the likes of Terminator (X-treme I think) or Hi/lo intervals from HCE that alternates 7-8 combos and intervals for at least 40 min.

I'm bumping this for purely selfish reasons. :p

Anyone who didn't already vote, please chime in! If you already voted, add any other comments or thoughts churning inside you about new workouts from Cathe. :D

I vote for steady state step (my personal favorite!) and more HIIT cardio. Another IMAX-like workout would be perfect, as would a high-intensity, moderate choreography hi-lo workout.

I no longer mix cardio and weight training on the same day (after reading the New Rules of Lifting for Women)... so my vote is for "pure" cardio. Great question!

I voted for MMA, Kickbox, Bootcamp. I hate step, plus she has tons of step workouts already, so I'd like to see something different. I don't have the space the step workouts require either. I'd like to see something that is really high-intensity without the high-impact or torque or knee pain inducing things that come with the step and jump-around workouts. Hence - kickboxing or bootcamp style.
Kettlebells seems interesting, but I'm kind of maxing out on equipment at this point, so don't really want anything that necessitates more.

I would love Steady State Step and a HIIT workout series. A little of both for variety and fun! Cathe would make a "wicked" HIIT workout!

I'd love to see another Drill Max or a step kickboxing or another high step challenge. I LOVE the light weights/cardio based workouts.

Okay, Joan, how the heck did you do that poll?

Hi Morningstar,

When you click on "new thread", scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. You should see an option to post a poll as part of the new thread. It pretty much walks you thru the process. (This was my first poll and I was excessively proud of myself that it turned out okay! :p)

HTH!

Copied from another thread:

MMA

Imax 4
Low Max 2
KP&C 2
Step Blast 2 or Rhythmic Step 2 (with a bonus segment of 3 or so intervals to be used for premix purposes for the days when we're looking for more than steady state cardio).

I'd love to see a DVD comprised of two workouts; state step and the other would be intervals/drills using both the floor and the step (sort of like 4DS Boot Camp or the cardio only premix from Drill Max). There could be some awesome premixes combining the two!

And how about an interval cardio workout incorporating the high step and the band. Half of the intervals/blasts could be done on the high step, half could be done on the floor with the use of the band (like the band hops from either 4DS Boot Camp or STS's Plyo Legs). The workout could conclude with some floor work using the band, and perhaps a band-assisted stretch segment.
