I love circuit workouts like LIC, DM, Bootcamp (the original) and the like but I never know what I'm supposed to do the next day. Do my muscles need 48 hours to recover? I'd like to do a 3 day split with the Gym Styles and circuit workouts but I'm afraid that's asking too much of my body. Should I stick with straight cardio if I'm doing strictly weight videos? If I do a circuit workout can I do another circuit workout the next day? Does it matter? What do you think?
