What model heavy bag are you using?

Cathe/snm,

What model heavy bag are you using in the new clips and are they the same bags used in xtrain hard strikes?

I see 'wavemaster' on the new clips but can't seem to find the exact model you are using. I like to buy products I know others have used, I can see how much 'give' the bags are on your punches, and I can guess how big the bags are by seeing all of you use them.

thanks for any guidance.

Me again.

I think I figured it out from a close up. century wavemaster xxl bag, is that correct?

Does anyone have this bag? pros/cons? Is it easy to move around as I will have to store it in the corner and drag it out when I use it (currently I have carpet but will have a cork floor hopefully soon).

I have this same bag. I keep mine in the corner of the room and drag it out as you plan to do. It is kind of difficult to move, but that part counts as exercise too! You can fill the bottom with either sand or water, which would make a difference in how heavy it is. I use water, otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to move it by myself. Hope this helps!

Yes, we use a century wavemaster heavy bag.

Thanks, I am thinking about getting this.

Katrina (or anyone else) - I would fill this with sand, as I have a fear of water on my carpeted floor! I read filled it is almost 300 pounds. Is the unit "rollable"? As in can I kind of roll it right, roll it left, roll it right, etc to scoot it across the room? I wouldn't be able to drag it, but I can kind of "roll" heavy furniture/tables (just ask my S.O. as he is always coming home to a rearranged house).

My only concern is that if it is too much of a pain I won't roll it out and use it.

It doesn't really "roll" but it does kind of "scoot" across the floor. Even with just the water in there, I have to squat down and push on the base and scoot it just a couple of inches at a time. Of course I am a weakling, so you might be able to move it much easier than I can!
