What is your typical WO week like?

I always do one of Cathe's rotations- they force me to do workouts I may overlook and it keeps me from getting stuck in a rut with the same workouts. I also think it helps me lose weight too since my body isn't doing the same routine month after month.

Also, I really need to know what workout I have the next day - that way I can mentally prepare myself for getting up at 5:15 am.

Mine goes like this:

Monday - Step at home, Back
Tuesday - Kickboxing at gym, legs with Nautilus machines, Chest
Wednesday - Double Bench Step class at gym, Biceps
Tuesday - Kickboxing at gym, legs with Nautilus machines, Triceps
Friday - Step at home, Shoulders
Saturday - Kickboxing at home
Sunday - an easier workout like one of the Firms

About every six weeks or so, I take a few weeks off from the one body part a day split, and I either do circuits or full body workouts to replace them, keeping the cardio the same. I also take a day off when I really need to. Yesterday I was dead tired from work so I snoozed instead; I felt as if my body was telling me something.

I am always faithful to doing cardio six days a week, though.

I can't follow a rotation either, but a typical week looks like this: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: lower body and abs, arms cardio
Tuesday Thurs Sat: lower body, abs, chest back shoulders cardio
Sunday: lots of stretching

and that is that.

I do what tickles my fancy on any given day so long as there is variety. I do Jazzercise a few times a week (circuit training, body sculpting), as well as Cathe, Firm, and Tracie Long Training. I've heard a few pooh-pooh Jazzercise in the past saying it was too easy. My instructor is super fit and athletic and while she always presents modifications she leads a high energy workout that would make even Cathe sweat. I also stick the the Firm's advanced workouts and increase the weight a bit although I do need to be mindful of knees. In the summer I hike regularly and I am ever so slowly working on being a Adirondack 46er. That means I will have climbed all 46 high peaks of the Adironack Mountains and will have the cranky knees to prove it. Afterwards I get a beer such as a Delerium Tremens, Corsendonk, or a fruit lambic for a job well done. Ah, summer will be here soooon. LOL!

I aim for one heavy upper and one heavy lower body workout, 4 days of cardio, and one circuit training video. I need lots of cardio and as the weather gets nicer I'll add walks on the days I do weights. Generally, 45-60 minutes is enough workout time. My typical week:

Monday-Heavy upper body-PUB, CTX UB, or SS/PP upper body premix
Tuesday-Cardio-revved up for step usually
Wednesday-Cardio (different type from Tuesday..listen to my body if I need low impact)
Thursday-Lower body-PS Legs, PLB, PP/SS premix, GS Legs
Friday-Cardio -usually something short or I'll take the day off...tgif and all
Sat. Circuit-SJP, Cardio and Weights, Bootcamp, Muscle Endurance, Power Hour, Bodymax
Sunday-Cardio (low impact biking or stairmaster or long walk)

Weekends I can go longer. In the summer I like to bike Sundays since the traffic isn't as bad. So any rotation I do depends on lots of things!

You do lower body every day? How do you do that? You're not overtraining if you do that? What specific exercises do you do or do you alternate lb videos.
