I always do one of Cathe's rotations- they force me to do workouts I may overlook and it keeps me from getting stuck in a rut with the same workouts. I also think it helps me lose weight too since my body isn't doing the same routine month after month.
Also, I really need to know what workout I have the next day - that way I can mentally prepare myself for getting up at 5:15 am.
