Hi everyone!
I know that that the whole idea of rotations is to continue to challenge your body in new and different ways, but I'm wondering if any of you have a "tried-and-true" rotation that you continually return to - for any # of reasons (seen the best results, favorite types of workouts, variety, certain goals, etc.).
I'm just curious and interested to hear what others have to say - thanks!
