What is your favorite rotation?

Hi everyone!

I know that that the whole idea of rotations is to continue to challenge your body in new and different ways, but I'm wondering if any of you have a "tried-and-true" rotation that you continually return to - for any # of reasons (seen the best results, favorite types of workouts, variety, certain goals, etc.).

I'm just curious and interested to hear what others have to say - thanks!

Hi Sarah,

I would have to say Slow and Heavy gave my upper body results faster than anything, in terms if gaining muscle mass. I actually have visible biceps, WOOHOO!!

- Insensity Series Total Body Blast that Cathe listed - definitely moved my fitness level up a notch
- The CTX /PS rotation I listed in this forum -
- A rotation week with all FitPrimes and Mindy's two new workouts.

This is in order.
 
Personally .. i LOVE Cathe's Total body blast rotation with the new series.. and secondly.. i would have to say Marlene's Tank Top rotation is sweet too!

Just wanted to add a rotation that has become my favorite of
late. Goes like so:

Sunday: Muscle Endurance
Monday: Imax 1
Tuesday: Pyramid Upper Body
Wednesday: Power Circuit(cardio/intervals/abs)
&Pyramid Lower Body (floor work/strech)
Thursday: Imax 2
Friday: Boot Camp

I'm having so much fun with this rotation. I've been doing
it for a few weeks now and will definately return to it
after I complete Cathe's May rotation.
