Yes, it's one of Cathe's earliest. You could find a video review on it at www.videofitness.com --I tried it once & didn't like it. It's outdated & not as intense as her videos now. of course, this is my opinion only.
I do like the above "definition" of rock bottom though. LOL

Yes - I actually own that one. I guess it would officially be the first Cathe tape I owned, before I really "knew" Cathe and I remember not realy caring for her - My how things have changed. I can't imagine working out with anyone else now! 
But I didnt really care for it either and am going to try to sell it on EBay here soon. It has been years since I viewed it - I should take another look just to see what it was like.

I own it too...I did the workout a couple of times for the experience, but doubt if I will do it again. Doesn't matter...it's part of my Cathe collection. I had to have every single video she ever put out! Besides, I love the picture.
