What Is IMAX?

I have been watching the video clips in the downloads section looking for my next step workout. I like the look of IMAX 3 but what does IMAX actually mean? Is IMAX 3 a good workout or is there another one you like more?

Interval Max. Cathe has 3 of them. The original is on a DVD with 2 other workouts (Rhythmic Step and Max Int. Cardio) Imax2 is on a DVD with Cardio & Weights.
I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. However, Imax 2 is my favorite. Great workout, great music, great energy. Good luck!

IMAX is a special kind of theater. Most of the time an IMAX theater is much larger than a standard movie theater. The seats lean back and you watch the movie on a giant screen on the ceiling. It is a really cool experience because it engulfs you and you feel like your actually there.
