I'm starting this thread a bit early...it's almost midnight but I won't have time to get online in the morning and thought it would be good to do a breakfast thread as well as lunch. Everyone's lunches sounded so good and healthy yesterday. Bravo!

I haven't had my breakfast yet so I'll have to post back later tomorrow...thinking eggs of some sort though. With four kids variety is the spice of breakfast.
 
Thanks for the encouragement. Four egg whites, half of a bran muffin and a banana. Everyone have a great day!!! :)
 
Well haven't got there yet..lol. Just coffee now. Maybe a banana and some oatmeal w/ raisins later.

As usual, I have 1/2 c fat free plain yogurt (my favorite), 1/2 c 1% MF cottage cheese and 1 cup of Fiber One. All ingredients are mixed together and yum!
 
2 slices lite wheat toast sprinkled with cinnamon and Sweet N Low, then sprayed with butter spray.

FF strawberry yogurt.

I had a protein shake w/strawberries(post workout) & will have egg white omlette(ff cheddar & tomato) in a wheat tortilla in about an hour.

In the process right now of sucking down a big mug of English breakfast tea with skim milk, slow cooking oatmeal with dark honey, cinnamon and some almonds. I'm late! I'm always late in the morning and running out the door--wind up eating half of my oatmeal at work.
 
I'm having Egg Beaters, followed by a bowl of South Beach Diet cereal w/organic soy milk (Silk).

Lori -- your breakfast gave me a good chuckle this morning (the Clifford cereal with you kids' milk). I love that. :)

Joint Juice is something that I get from Costco's. It has 1500 mg of glucosamine in each 8 fl oz can. It comes in Orange Tangerine and Tropical Fruit Punch. It comes in a case of 24 and cost about $14.00

Total Carb 5g
Sugar 3g
Vitamin C 60mg

It is quite tasty and refreshing! Love it.

I'm having a whole wheat english muffin w/ peanut butter and a dab of blackberry jam and a glass of skim milk.
 
Making breakfast as I'm writing this!

6-egg white omelet with 1 Tbls fat free cheddar and 2 Tbls low sodium salsa, 1 chocolate mint Viactiv, 1 vitamin and 2 cups of coffee!

I'm going out for lunch today, so I can already tell you lunch will be a side salad! :D
 
I had a protein shake and coffee. I put blueberries, oatmeal, vanilla soymilk, 1/2 protein bar and 1 scoop powder in my shake. Yum!
