What Did You Have For Breakfast This Morning?

My usual cereal mix - Bran Flakes, All Bran and Kashi Go Lean Crunch (about a cup of cereal in total) with skim milk, and a slice of bran toast with natural pb.
 
Im at work so it was limited.Went to the restaurant and ordered two boiled eggs and a slice of ham.I ate one yolk and the ham wasn't cooked in any oil:) Lunch is gonna be a nice big spinach salad with chicken and a piece of fruit:)

I had 5 egg whites w/1/2 yolk, orange juice and coffee at 7 am. At 9am I had oatmeal.

Nothing. I cannot bear the idea of food, and neither can my body and it's already 10 a.m. I wish we didn't have to eat, but could just swallow one food pill per day, like in some sci-fi movie!

I hate having to think about food and what to eat, blah, blah. I just couldn't care less.

I had a bowl of Special K with blueberries and skim milk. Then I had another bowl (but only half serving) of low-fat granola cereal.
 
That sounds so much better than swallowing 3 glucosamine pills in the morning with my orange juice. Thanks, Charlotte, I'm going to have to check that out!

I had an "I'm too lazy/rushed to cook" breakfast: a smoothie.
Soy milk, pomegranate juice (I'm out of mango juice!), a very ripe banana, a scoop of Vegan Complete meal replacement/protein powder, a Tbsp of joint support flax/glucosamine powder, some frozen strawberries (and a bit of H2O to thin it up, otherwise it's like a thawing sorbet).
 
*1/2 cup of whole grain hot cereal (slow cook oatmeal with 8 other grains) with 1 tspn cinnamon, 1 tspn nutmeg, 1 tspn flaxseed, 1/2 apple, and 1 tbsp peanut butter

*1 kiwi

*32oz water

*6oz cranberry juice

4 slices of Jenni O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon (.5 gram fat per slice), 3 grams of protein
FF cheese (8 grams of protein)
1/2 cup slow cooking oatmeal (25 grams of carbs)

Today was a "odd one" for me. Half PB&J sandwich on whole wheat with a cup of frozen grapes (and my coffee, of course!).
 
A pralines 'n creme atkins advantage bar. I'm not on Atkins either, it just looked good when I was grocery shopping. It wasn't. Not the right time of day to eat it probably.

I like this thread, it gives me good ideas. I'm also going to go get that mini blender recommended by Spinin28 (thank you by the way:) )I'm too lazy to pull my blender out at home, but I think I'd use this one more often:7
 
An apple, sliced and microwaved with a little cinnamon on top, with a dollop of cottage cheese. I wasn't very hungry this AM.

Two slices of whole wheat toast and a glass of skim milk. I also had three cups of tea (decaf). Love my tea.
