What Did You Eat For Breakfast Today?

2 scrambled egg whites and one egg yolk with a slice of canadian bacon on a multi grain english muffin, 1/2 can of pears in light syrup and 1 extra large mug of black tea! Yummm!
 
1 cup Kaschi Go Lean cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, some raisins spinkled on top. 2 cups of coffee.

I had 1/2 cup of AlBran Cereal, cup of skim milk, 1 tab. of soy protein all mixed together. Also a cup of coffee. Later an orange for a snack.
