What are your results with LIC

I just purchased low impact circuit. I'd like to know what your results were and how long before you saw it. I'd like to melt away some roundness I carry in the mid section. I'm eating better but dont have lots of time to workout. I'd like to be more efficient with that. Thanks for your answers.

Hi Carmen,

Are you planning to do LIC every day? I think that would be the only way you could credit one workout with results...if you did it daily. I do LIC about once or twice a week as part of a circuit/interval rotation. I'm seeing good results but I don't think I can give all the credit to LIC since its not the only workout I do.

If you want an opinion on the video itself... It's one of my current favorites. It's a lot of fun but still challenges me. She uses lighter 5 pound weights and heavier barbells along with a resistance band in this workout. While I am sure that it enhances my muscle tone, I don't consider it a workout primarily for muscle/strength building.

I don't have a lot of time to work out either and usually don't go over an hour. That extra 13 minutes in LIC doesn't bother me though because time flies when I'm doing that workout.

Thanks for the feedback Tracy. I thought about doing LIC three times per week, but perhaps I should rotate it with PUB/PLB or MM. I'm just not doing enough cardio and wondered if this would whip me into shape. thanks again.

I think that would be a good rotation. Just wanted to add, that I love this workout!!! I feel great afterwards! :)
 
Rotating is the way to go. I always rotate LIC with some other cardio or strength workout. I love LIC. Its a very fun workout. Good luck with your rotation!!!
