Are you planning to do LIC every day? I think that would be the only way you could credit one workout with results...if you did it daily. I do LIC about once or twice a week as part of a circuit/interval rotation. I'm seeing good results but I don't think I can give all the credit to LIC since its not the only workout I do.
If you want an opinion on the video itself... It's one of my current favorites. It's a lot of fun but still challenges me. She uses lighter 5 pound weights and heavier barbells along with a resistance band in this workout. While I am sure that it enhances my muscle tone, I don't consider it a workout primarily for muscle/strength building.
I don't have a lot of time to work out either and usually don't go over an hour. That extra 13 minutes in LIC doesn't bother me though because time flies when I'm doing that workout.
