What are some of your favorite Premixes?

Hello all!! I've been unable to log on for a while, it's nice to be back!! I recently did a rotation with some premixes that I've never done before, and it got me wondering....What are some of you're all time favorite premixes?

How do they change the type of workout you get? For example - I saw Scrambled Eggs on one of the workouts, and don't have a clue what that includes! (I've seen it mentioned in some threads, but never taken the time to check it out.)

SO, I'd love to hear some of the awesome premix options that you've tried. I'd like to play around with them for a week or two while I decide on my next rotation.

Cardio & Weights - step only premix. This is simply fun and good for the heart rate because you don't have the break for weights. ;)

All of the premixes from Butts & Guts. From what I remember, the Scrambled Eggs Premix is all of the cardio from Drill Max mixed up in a different order. I also like the Timesaver Cardio premix from Drill Max. Great for when you wake up late and don't have time for a full workout.

I really like 4DS upper body premix. It's one of my faves. Also 4DS lower body weights premix is great when you're short on time. Same with Bootcamp cardio and lower body premix and everything but core premix. Another one that really kicks butt is the Bonus Combo from Bootcamp and Muscle Endurance.
 
Scrambled Eggs is a premix from Body Max 2 and it's a doozy!! I highly recommend it!

Step Hi Lo from Step Pump & Jump
LIC Cardio Blast Timesaver
Timesaver Step only from Cardio & Weights.

When I a really short on time and want some intense cardio, I like the two premix interval options of IMAX2.

Also, any express or timesaver premix in the strength workouts particularly if the normal workout is over an hour.

That LoMax premix of the blasts only is killer. For only being 23 minuites long you'll definitely get an intense cardio workout. I like to do the initial warmup at the beginning and then do this premix.

Favorite Pre Mixes

I love Boot Camp and All Cardio from BM2, as well as the bonus premix on the Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance DVD. All three are great for variety and really give a solid all around workout.
 
For a different cardio I like to make up something using finished combos and blasts only. This morning I did:

warm up from 4DS LIS
4DS LIS finished combos
4DS HIS finished combos
BM2 finished combos
Low Max all 7 blasts
Rhythmic Step Challenge
LIC all 4 blasts
LIC Stretch

It came to about 68 minutes and was a great workout.

Thanks everybody for your responses - I'm going to have some fun checking these out!! Maybe I'll make up a rotation purely out of premixes!!
 
I just had to chime in...and I hope others do too. I really like discovering the premixes! Some of my favorites are: Drill Max-double cardio, High Intensity Step-warmup-all cardio-cardio with lower body-stretch, and the Total Upper Body workouts on 4DS and Cross Train Express.

I recently found a premix that I really like thanks to a friend. It's from SJP. It's the cardio and weights circuit premix. I don't like doing Hi/Lo, so this premix works very well for me.

I recently found a premix that I really like thanks to a friend. It's from SJP. It's the cardio and weights circuit premix. I don't like doing Hi/Lo, so this premix works very well for me.

Hmmm, I may need to try that one, not a Hi/Lo fan here either. That's probably one reason I dread SJP.
 
Yeah, I just did SJP today and nearly died... ended up dropping about half the cardio, and am focusing on getting better nutrition for energy for the future (starting today)! I didn't mind the Hi/Lo so much, it was just that I'd run out of juice (I think I may have overtrained lately).
