Good evening ladies 
No matter how many times I do TB, it's still SO friggin' hard for me. I'm getting better about taking less breaks, but I still feel like a total wimp. It's not so much the working leg that hurts, but the supporting leg during the legs lifts. The stinging and cramping keeps me from successfully doing all the reps and keeping my leg up high. On a positive note, I can match Cathe with the high reps using 5lbs, which I'm proud of.
Today we had a yummy BBQ of hot Italian sausage, chicken thighs in BBQ sauce and asparagus grilled. It was delish! I think that little martini I had while preparing made me kinda buzzed
. Thankfully, I was not the one who had to work the grill, or else I might have burned everything

Now I can sort of see your frustration with Meso 3. But I guess I won't fully understand until I'm there. Holy leg workouts today!!!! I don't think you will be able to sit on the toilet tomorrow
