Weight workouts

Cathe, Is is normal to gain weight when you are working out with weights more than cardio. I realize weights are still cardio, but the more I lift I gain a couple of pounds. I guess I should rotate more with cardio and weights?

Hi Angela!Not Cathe,but i think i can help you. Muscles weight more than fat.If you're building muscle and loosing fat you'll probably gain a feww pounds but look skinny.Try your clothes and see how you feel.Sometimes the escale is not the best way to keep track of your weight loss. Does that make any sense to u?:D
