Happy Wednesday Gang!

Well I only ended up doing 45 minutes of Yoga Zone yesterday before I started to fall asleep in child pose so I called it a day! Slept 9 hours last night so feeling better this morning and ready to bring it with Ripped 1000 (Jari Love). Joined some of you in an unclean food day- my worst downfall when I am super duper tired. I ate every carb & sweet in the house I believe ….

Cheryl: Oh that’s just WONDERFUL news about the business! To wake up Monday morning with a clean slate & a fresh start will be incredible for you!!! DH still in that nasty stage of trying to find a buyer for business, trying to get new business etc… all the devil partners still on active projects so no movement forward there…. I see this as taking a few months. Thanks for asking about it! GREAT JOB fitting in all your workouts! Are you following a specific rotation this month?


Amy: Well I do believe that today is your “feel normal” day? I am so envious of any body that can sleep 14 hours! Gosh I’d like to do that once a month!!! Very nice that you got DH outside a bit- I’m sure that lifted his spirits.


Lori: I agree- seeing smaller # on scale DOES help with motivation! Great 6 miler yesterday. Sounds like baby group was fun!- Stay away from the grocery store on Tuesdays! lol

Mary: I am so with you on the greasy cheeseburger! Maybe a binge on that would be better for me than the sugars! Oh I am so excited that you loved StrikeZone! I really think it’s a great Kick addition that allows for less impact but high intensity! ENJOY !!!!!! Is Hospice all set up for your mom now? Take care of you!!!

Belinda: My hero! Ab work as a sub for chocolate? Are you an alien??? Hope your lunch with international group was terrific – Enjoy PH today.

Heather: Congrats on the Bosu Heather! I don’t have one but do know that I have no balance on them! Good for you…. I bet your abs will really pop now!

Amelia: I do believe you are personally responsible for the food outbreak here yesterday! You started with the Little Debbies and 3 of us went off the deep end! I owe ya for that one!! Congrats on new shoes – hope they are PERFECT for your tootsies!

TeddyGirl: You always have me ROFL! I know exactly about those cookies & such calling our names! You are so willing to un-do the damage tho that I rarely worry about you… Me – I seem to spiral. Send me some positive clean food vibes today OK?? Is Hip Hop Abs on order yet???? I’d like to see a video of that one!

Good Morning Gang:)

How is everyone? I cannot beleive what time my child is waking up to be fed! Its crazy! He was up again last night at 2 and 6. I am definitly gonna have to get him weighed this week b/c he must be going though another growth spurt. If he keeps eating like this, I shouldn't have any problems losing the rest of my weight.

So, I hit another all time low today:) The scale said 134! Couldn't beleive my eyeballs:) Last week on weigh in day I was 136.9 lbs so thats 3 lbs already and my weigh in day isn't until Sun. I should be able to see another loss before Sunday rolls around. I did two good runs this week so I am wondering if I should do more running to get rid of the last 4 lbs? And 9 lbs to my goal weight...I am out of the double digits!:7 :7 :7

I think I am going to do a leg workout today and another run. The only place I have to go today is to the dentist with DD and thats not until 5...so I have all day to fit my workout in.

Traci, good job on the sleeping!:) I didn't know you had it in you..LOL I should try some yoga or pilates. I have the dvds there, I just never do them:eek:

Hope everyone as a good day. I will be around yet for a little while. I think I am going to get another cup of coffee before the little one is ready to eat AGAIN.

LoriG, omigosh on your weight!! I can remember when you were dying to see 140 and that was only a few weeks ago. You are on a roll, girl.

Today I am attempting iMax 3 - woo hoo! I'm not on a formal rotation right now - just trying to mix it up with 3-4 days of good weight work per week to hit all body parts at least twice plus outdoor running 2-3 days and a good mix of cardio to keep the progress coming and the metabolism guessing. iMax should help }( }( }(

Morning

I even ate more, last night. I'm ashamed to tell. But, its over with}( x(

Last night, I did KPC + abs tough workout. No workout this morning got up at my usually time 4:15 and did nothing but drink coffee and watched TV. I laid there thinking of April goals. It's time for me to start the leaning process my thighs are good and bulk, I like it:7 I don’t want to lose any weight, but afraid I might, in the summer I workout harder and eat less, cookies will be a plus:9 I don’t ever want to go back to wearing a size 4 that to small for my build, I'm happy wearing a straight 6, last year all my 6's were hanging off me;( but not this time.

I know that strange to say, but I do need a little weight on my frame, really. And too, I’m 50 weight is my friend. I don't want to lose my boobs and butt. This is the kicker for me, if I get to small my face sink in making me look old. That was mostly what I was thinking about how to keep my weight on with all the hard workouts that I do, suggestions welcome! I just thought of one maybe up my WW points 10+ healthy of course.

Tonight’s workout Legs & Glutes Xtreme, did I just say that x( I'll see x( I’ll chat later.

Good Morning Everybody!

Todays workout will be low impact step,I hope if my popped blister leaves me alone! Hopefully the new shoes/socks will help! Might even go for a walk when DH gets home!

Traci-Maybe I should try Yoga,I never get enough sleep! And I take full responsibility for yesturdays food outbreak,sorry:( ! But,ya know,when we fall off the wagon a little,we just get back on it with a firmer grip;-),Have a great Day!

Lori-Congrats on the weight loss,you go girl:)! And LOL at your grocery store adventure yesturday! I agree with ya,I HATE going because I end up wanting to shrangle somebody by the time I leave!

Cherl-I hope your 'attempt' at Imax 3 is a sucsessful one;-)! Sounds like you've got a good rotation going, Good luck with it!

Hey Girls,

Just finished L&G and the 3rd seg of CM. My legs are feeling alittle weak but just what they needed:) After lunch I plan on running, hoping my legs will keep me up:) Im not sure how long my run will be but I will be happy with 3 miles or more.

Teddygirl, did I read right? Your 50? For some reason I had a 23 yr old pictured. I guess cause your single and your workouts are always great! Not that a 50 yr old can't be single and workout....its just that I didn't know your age so I had a picture of you in my mind. Hope I didn't offend you I bet you look like a 23 tr old though.

Cheryl, enjoy Imax3! You know, I haven't done Imax 1 in ages...in my mind that one is the thoughest of all the Imaxes!

Ameila, I haven't done LIC in a while. These workouts are still new to me and the only one I have done a couple of times is BM2 and that one isn't as tough as the first BM either.
At one point yesterday i was sputtering as a women was blocking my way and I had to turn around. She even looked start at me and then turned to look at the Easter bunnies again. I almost grabbed her and shoved her in the box with one of the bunnies!

Off to get lunch started!

What can I subsitute for Step Heat and Step Max!

Tomorrows rotation is: Warm up plus 1st step section of Step Heat followed by 1st section of Step Max, followed by step section of Step Jump and Pump and fst forward into S,J,P stretch.

Nope not offended just blessed!:) :) Yep, I am 50 :) half century old x( things are starting to caught up with me and I mean “EVERYTHING” next birthday, I'll be counting down, 49,48,47 :+ Alto, I did get a very nice compliment last week I went into Speedway, I asked for a pack of cigarettes for my sister, he asked me for ID, I showed him and he just looked did a few double looks. I don’t look that young, but it was nice, most people think I’m 38 I’ll take it:+ :+ after I complete P90X I'm going to posts pictures of new FOUND muscles :p ;( x(
 
Teddygirl, Oopsy...I didn't do L&G I did GS Legs!:) I have that series on VHS so I can't do L&G extreme...not sure i want to either }(

I just finished a 4 mile run in 42 mins.That about sums it up for the day:) GS Legs, 4 mile run and seg 3 of CM:)

Belinda, any of the Cathe straight step workouts could sub - Rhythmic Step, any of the Cardio Hits or Classics... lots to choose from.

Well, it sounds like everyone is back on the wagon so far! LOL at "blaming" Amelia!

Mary- I am so totally with you on the craving of the cheeseburger! I was trying to decide yesterday what I wanted to have for my "free" meal Thursday night and sure enough.....a big, fat, juicy cheeseburger topped the list! After that was Mexican! I hope that you mom is getting "sprung" soon! I know that Hospice is awesome for those that need it! They are awesome at taking a lot of pressure off the famiily.

Lori- Congrats on the workout! I also have GS Legs on tap for today (minus the run, though!)!

TG- WOW! I LOVE those cookies!!! They always seem to "hit the spot" that even chocolate can't! I knew that you were older only because I have been around when you spoke of the grandkids, but that's totally awesome that you got carded the other day!!! Way to Go!!!

Cheryl- Congrats on losing that last.....what is it?.......140 lbs??? I am so excited that you will be free of your evil partner by Saturday! I remember when you were just thinking about splitting and trying to decide! So, what are you going to do to celebrate???

Traci- If you blame Amelia for the mass wagon falling yesterday, then we can blame you for the 100% spike in DVD sales, right???;-) I swear, you could sell an icecube to an Eskimo, girl!!! ROFL about falling asleep in child's pose!!! I can just picture you doing that and the "kids" checking on mommy to make sure she's okay!! Mine do that when I'm stretching. Are you heading to the bay this weekend? Oh, that's right, DH got you up and running there! That's awesome that you'll be able to chat with us on the weekends now, too!!! (and keep up without having to read 3 days of back posts!).

Ameila- I hope those new shoes are working out for you, girl! I know that blisters are the pits!!! I hope that yours heals quickly so you can get on with the workouts! LOL at the Little Debbie's yesterday. DH has a stash of Little Debbie Nutty Bars in the freezer AT ALL TIMES!!! Yes, at all times! Fortunately they are something that I can leave there and not get into them! On the average, I purchase 6-8 boxes of them every 2 weeks for him! I'm just glad that he's not diabetic!

Well, the scale is the same for me this week.....and I can handle that, especially in light of how fast it went down this past month! "Officially" at WW, I lost 6 1/2 this month, but "unofficially" by my scale it was about 9 1/2 lbs, so staying the same is just fine with me (as long as it's only a week!)

Today, as I stated earlier, is GS Legs. I did GS B/S/B yesterday with Abs from LIC, and I ended up with a quickie add on of LIC B/S/B as well. Biceps are humming slightly, but surprisingly, nothing else so far. Maybe later?

Amy: awesome weight lost ;) Keep up the good work. So you know what cookies I’m talking about, they are truly good. I went back to GE to put a few more things, yep I passed the bakery, hoping for more goodie, but nothing, I did see them in the package not a bad price either. I’m going to buy a pack soon, but first GS cookies:9 :9

Tracie: come on now we don’t talk enough and I miss that :-:)-( I'm glad you was able to get some rest:) Last year my doctor gave me a prescription for my insomnia ^%#@^ Menopause, that another topic. But the medication is called Trazodone I just got prescription filled today, this stuff is a Antidepressants, what's up with that, I never told my doctor I was suffering from depression. Hm....I just may stick with Walgreen sleep-Aids. Does anyone know about this med? doc said take 1/2 before going to bed, hm...........dont want to sleep till Friday:7 but will try it tonight.

Any who, no I have not ordered Hip Hop Abs yet, going to order next month. I just remembered, that BBC is being shipped this friday, that's good:D I should get them next week, so exciting.:D Have a great evening everyone

good evening ladies, i am having a crazy day so i am jumping in to say a quick hello. i did bm2 and i am having some serios doms today. yesterday was srikezone with 1 pound hand weights(who knew 1lb could be so effective?) we are setting up hospice now and trying to decide wwho she should live with. these are such big decisions and i want to make the right one aarrghh!!

traci:strikezone was a great purchase. i cant believe how sore i am:)
teddy:talk to me about hip hop abs...what do ya know?:)

amelia:how are your blisters? i hate those things!!

Hey Gals,just wanted to pop in before I take the kids outside for a while!

Lori-LOL at you stuffing the women in the bunny box,hey you could of thrown those caldberry eggs at her too}( :D . I think Im gonna start going grocery shopping in the morning,before 9! Maybe I won't get run over that early! And speaking of running,wow 4mile run in 42min,you go girl!
