Weight Watchers **WEDNESDAY**

Happy Wednesday to all!

:7 Upper feeling very nice & toasty after UML yesterday. Tony uses no weights in this one- all uppers are varied pushups. I was amazed at how many I could crank out still on my toes after 5 weeks of very few pushups!. Very affirming about muscle memory.

:7 Today is lower day (*Pilates still needs to be fit in!) I am going to do 1 round of PlyoX + 1 round of Amy Bento Lower from All Pump Extreme.

:7 Today is the 6 year anniversary of 1st date with DH so we are going to Sushi (that’s where we ate 6 years ago). He is a very sentimental guy dressed in a big burly bear body & always remembers all the anniversaries like that. He even wishes me Happy Anniversary every 11th of the month as we were married on the 11th of October.

:7 I decided to take my facial cash and use it for highlights today so I look decent for the big date! I don’t have my hair done all winter to save $$$ so it is definitely in need…. More gray this year than ever and that is not making me feel as young as I believe I still look! LOL- Illusion is everything!

:eek: Jessica: Hope the alarm went off on time for your 5am workout… I had to laugh. By 5am I have been up for almost 2 hours! When I worked I actually used to run at that crazy hour or head to my 530am spin class. I love getting it done early!

Hello to you all.
So far so good this will be my third day back. I have a big test today in my Anatomy and Physiology class - The endocrine, lymphatic, and immune system. All those hormones!
Just finished Imax3, hadn't done it for a while. I had forgotten how hard it is.

Good morning....it is snowing here right now and i am enjoying just watching it fall. teddy you have such a sweet husband, i cant believe he wishes you a happy on the 11th of every month. heather good luck on your test. today i decided to go with upper body(pub), i am going to focus much more on weights becuse i dont build muscle easily. the flex plan is fitting in nicely with my schedule. i was on ww before i had my 1st ds and it did work very well. gidget...i remeber those 1st set of shots, boy did i feel sooooo bad. the funny thing is with my 2nd, i sang old mcdonald while he was getting the shots and he never cried. i have now made that my ritual and so far so good. enjoy your day everyone.

Traci, I am finally having my highlights today, too. Spooky! I think we must have been sisters in an earlier life :7 :7 :7

I collapsed in bed exhausted last night. This morning is a cardio day. Rhythmic Step, I think - since cardio was light yesterday I'll hold the GS Legs for tomorrow morning.

Everyone on our thread is doing so well right now! We're in the groove.

Good Morning, ladies!

The legs are a bit toasty from yesterday, but not too bad. I think that I get the DOMS from the floorwork more than anything!

Still not feeling 100%, I think that a sinus infection has decided to take up residence....at least my throat stopped hurting last night!

This morning is a follow up appt with the Dr for me and an MRI for DH.

Traci- Congratulations on the anniversary! I love sushi!!! That reminds me, we haven't had any for a long time...since my parents were here. Maybe that wasabi is just the thing to clear the sinuses!!!;-) I hope that you have fun tonight!

Everyone else, keep up the good work and I will check back later.
 
Amy, aaagh, on the sinus infection!!! It seems to be crossing the nation. Yuck! Great news on the toasty let DOMS.


I ended up doing Rhythmic Step plus 15 min of Core Max 2 this morning. Just right. RS felt like a nice "sauna" on my sinuses but wasn't bad enough to be overkill. On to a great day.

Not sure where it is morning to b/c it is noon here now. It as to be morning somewhere!:)

A few of us must be on the same page b/c I did Imax 3 today as well. And although it was tough, I was expecting some of those blasts to be worse.Like #10 I thought she was going to do that one 4 times but it was just 3.I guess I was surprised b/c I made it through all of them on a 8"step, the way I use to before the baby.It really doesn't take long to get your endurance back.

Traci, happy anniversary! I also have a gift certificate for a spa and I am going to use it to get my hair done...when I can get out of the house long enough, that is.My legs are sore today and Imax 3 didn't help:eek: but whatever I did would have been tough.
I don't have that Keli Roberts workout, thought you were talking about one of her old ones.I hope its a goodie!

Belinda, enjoy your workouts! I thought you said the UPS guy came at 6:30 a.m! Phew...he would have gotten the box up side his head if he came that early, right?

Mary, I hope I am singing that song the next time.Im sure it will get easier.

Heather, we both worked up a good sweat today.If we were at our goal weight we could have a nice big piece of cake:)

Not sure who I missed but i gotta run if I want to get anything done today.

Hi everyone.....I did iTread #14 today. Nice long walk on my treadmill. I enjoy those workouts actually. I did not think I would, but I like them. My scale was up 2.5 lbs. this morning, but TOM comes Sat., so I am not going to worry about it. My eating has been good.

Hopefully I will be back tomorrow!!

My weight is down another 2 pounds!!


I did PLB today:D I lifted 50 lb. today! WOW!:) I'm really getting stroger:)

Tommorrow is Low Impact Step! I don't have that one! Which one can I do instead????



Today I went to lunch(sushi) with a girlfriend . I love sushi! At first I wanted to bake a cake (from Martha Stewart), but then I thought about all those calories the cake had. So sushi didn't sounded to bad today. No fat!!!!! I only had 8 pc. My friend Krimhilde even noticed that I am losing weight! It really made me feel good about myself!!

For what ever reason mail is really slow here in El Paso x(
UPS always come really late in the day here! Put I was happy that my DVD's arrieved:D x(

I have to go we are doing our taxes tonight! Money!!!!!!!

I took my test, and feel pretty good about it. I think probably in the B range, not quite confidant enough for an A. I'm satisfied with it and feeling relieved that I have one more down, 3 left for the semester. I managed to deal with the stress build up without eating. Which makes me feel truly triumphant! My tendency is to eat my stress away, so it's an accomplishment.

Belinda - congrats on your weight loss, and it's fantastic you were able to go out and still stick with it! This is something I'm going to need to consider seriously before I find myself in the situation and throw it all out the window. Low Impact Step can be replaced by any standard cardio workout.

Cheryl - Rhythmic Step is a great w.o. it's nice to have a Cathe without all the Blasts her new stuff has, it can fit nicely into a rotation. I kinda wish she would do a couple more like it.

Amy - Hope you feel better. Make sure you rest if you need it.

Traci- Happy anniversary, very sweet to hear about your big bear of a husband being all sentimental.

LoriGidge - iMax 3 on an 8" step??? (bow, bow, bow) Attempting that only once was what made me think I didn't want that workout. Glad I gave it another try... but 6" was plenty for this wimpy girl! }( }( :eek: You are in the groove, girlfriend. It's fun to hear your progress.

Traci, how are the highlights? I like mine. Got about 1 1/2 inches cut off so it's choppy on the ends just above my shoulders.

Amy - How's the sinus infection? I finally gave up today and called the doctor for an antibiotic prescription. Whew! Hate to take anything, but when I still had the sinus headache by late morning at work I knew I'd lost the battle. Hopefully this will help. I feel like taking Nyquil tonight and I hate that stuff!

Mary, glad to have you here and it sounds like you're doing well so far!
