Alright...back again!:) How is everyone? My the sounds of it,everyone had a good day yesterday.

I have been eating waaaaaaaaaaaay to many sweets the last 2 days and I need to stop! I was doing prefect up until yesterday afternoon...I wouldn't even be able to tell you how many cals I ate yesterday:-( Oh well...today is a new day, right?

I walked to baby group yesterday and then I went for another walk last night. Im planning on running soon, outside, and then when i get back I will do PUB/CTX/S,B,&T....have a feeling I will be feeling that tomorrow morning. I am also going to try to run a little longer today to balance out all the sweets I ate the last couple of days and what I didn't eat is going in the garbage.

DS as his needles again today at 1:15 and we may be heading out of town after that for the afternoon. DH wanted to leave first thing in the morning but we can't change the apt...I just want to get it over with.

I won 2 dvds on ebay last night:) not that it was a super bargain cause it still cost me $54 with shipping...shipping was $18.99 alone! I got one dvd for $12 (which was good) and the other for $20.50...there isn't really anything wrong with that either considerng they sell for $46 each.

Alright...I hope everyone as a good day! I will check back later!!!

Happy Fourth of July everybody:),tonight is fried chicken with all the fixins:9(even if its a spoonfull,LOL)

Lori-Which two DVD did you win last night? I've stuck to my guns and gonna wait until I've mastered BM2(can't even get to the 2nd combo yet,LOL)I hate the "needle" apts.,i hope its qucik and painless for him!

I've got Pourhour on tabs for today,sometime! Its hard to workout with my DH home! I would ususaly be done by now,but hes off today and it was a chance for me to sleep late so I figured WTH;-)!

And A big HELLO to Mary(U OK?),Belinda,Cheryl,Nancy(Enjoy your vacation:)) and Kim!

Amelia, I won BC/ME and PH/MIS/BM. Im hoping there will be some good premixes on there. Did you mean you were doing Powerhour? LOL I don't have pourhour! hahaha When I first started the thread, I even had it posted and had "weight watchers thurs" so we are allowed to having spelling mistakes today:) :)

Im done my workout. I ran outside for an hour, it was a beautiful morning, and still is. And when i got home I did my weight work...I was feeling it when working out...but no so sure I will be sore tomorrow:-(
I weighed today and was down 2 lbs from yesterday so maybe eating lots of sweets is the key to my weightloss;) Wishful thinking, Id say!

Lori, step away from the sweets! Congratulations on the 2lbs down, though - go figure. It sounds like your workouts are going great.
Congrats on the two DVD wins. Both great ones to have.

Amelia, good luck today on Power Hour. I love that one (tried it for the first time earlier this week - definitely a keeper).

This morning I did GS Legs (ouch! Like always!) and am taking a little break here before I finish up with some cardio.

Ate clean yesterday again - only 1137 calories by bedtime but was then starving and had a cup of blackberries and a handful of almonds before bed. :9 Wish I could have done without that, but at least healthy food, I guess. Yes, today's another day. I am determined to at least blitz of 5lbs this month before RT.

Just a quick pop in before we head into town!

Lori-LOL,I did spell it wrong...oops,Hey I got that same workout PH/MIS/BM. Ya know,I didn't even noticed today if theres premixes on their,need to go check it out! Its a great one to have! My next workout to "score" on ebay will be cardio and weights,I heard great things about that one!

Cheryl,a handful of blackberries and a handful of almonds isn't bad at all! Very healthy snack! Alot better than my late night snack yesterday,open faced ham+mustard sand :-(.I think its time for me to stock back up on my veggies and healther clean snacks!

Got done with PH and boy am I exhausted,Cathe really means it when she says she is going to work each muscle group hard! :+ I went up on my weight too,couldn't finish the lunges though,I almost fell over,LOL:D! Im soar already....I love it }(!

well,I'll try and be back later,but if i don't get a chance I wish everybody a great and safe fourth of july!

Amelia, don't you just love that PH? Also, ezaggle seems to have more copies of C&W on hand. My copy came shrinkwrapped and works perfectly, so I can vouch for it being the best deal even if her shipping is a tad high...

Well, I finished up with Step Works. When I recorded it on my calendar I realized GS Legs + Step Works was my exact same workout last Wed. oops! Guess I like that combo a lot.

So far so good. I am determined to lose at least 5 pounds this month if not 6-8 do or die!

Lori, I'm so glad you got PH too. We can do it together later this week.

I am still not sure what rotation I will follow!! I found Cateh"s Cardio Blast rotation( I posted that one on the OF) I think I will follow that one! Cardio is good to burn fat?? Right???

Cheryl I am like you this month do or die! I have to lose 5,6,7...or 10 pounds!}( Are you doing more cardio this month?/

Lori PH is a good one!

Yes, Belinda, doing more cardio this month and not letting up at all on the weights! I'm doing weights generally 5x a week and cardio 7--taking a rest day about every 10th day.

Getting all of that in and eating clean is the ticket. Eating clean is the harder rule to maintain, ironically :( ;( :7

Cardio Blast sounds great. I'll have to check it out for my cardio options. Trying to keep it fresh, you know?

Hey girls!!!

Came home for a quick bbq with the family. Had a good time. We decided not to bring down a laptop to the beach so I haven't been able to check in this week. It gives us more quality time and time to catch up on the books we've been dying to read. It really wound up being a good idea but I miss reading my forums.

I quickly read what everyone's been up to and all sounds well. My eating hasn't been too bad (except for today) and we're keeping up with our workouts.

Okay, have a great week and we'll be home on the 13th.
