Goooooooooood Mornin'!

Well after ttom started yesterday 8 days early I completely feel better emotionally- the cramps I can live with but the aliens just gotta go!

Todays Plan:
P90X Doubles: Phase 1 / Week 3 / Day 3 Tue / Round 2
Shoulders & Arms
Doubles: Day off Cardio
Backing off on cardio as it is truly eating my muscle right now and making me sooooo hungry.... Will add it back in starting tomorrow.

Cheryl: WooHoo on clean day yesterday! Its always just a few short days when you stray! Were gonna both be at goal very very soon! ^5! Those inner thighs are shrinking arent they?

Mary: YES Circuit Max is a fav of mine too! Great job in working out all your emotions! Fatigue can be a great thing! I feel EXACTLY the same way about KPC... Too much of it when I started Cathe I guess. I've acquired more Kickboxing now so its just once every few months in my rotations. BBC- YIPPEE!!!!

Belinda: Congrats on being a new auntie! Hope baby shopping was loads of fun! Will keep step Dad in prayers.

Lori: A doubles cardio day again eh? What ya trying to do- make me look bad? ^^^5

Amers: Hope you are well rested and ready to Rock today!

Amelia: Whats our exciting line up for today? its always good!

Pouring Traci a cup of coffee (Colombian this morning) and getting psyched up for the workout!

Traci- I have to say that it certainly seems that the aliens are not as rampant as they used to be! I know that they will come every once in a while still, but it certainly seems like they aren't as hardcore as they used to be!

Today is P90X Legs/Back. I had another day yesterday of just not being able to get going!

Lots to do today, too! Have to pick up the taxes and get them in the mail. Once again.....we start out super early this year and then barely get them in at the deadline!x(

The kitties are super spun up this morning and tear-@ssing their way around the house! I guess it's because both DH and I are up and about this early.

How is everyone? :) Im glad its morning again....Im always happy I have survived another night without opening the window, jumping out, running across the street and jumping into the pond;)

I have major DOMS in my chest today:) I knew I would b/c I went heavier yesterday. I really hate those kickbacks though with 8 lbs dumbbells, 5 is to light but 8 doesn't feel right.
Anywho...Im not sure what to do today. A shorter cardio and weights again, or a long cardio? I was thinking of walking to baby group this afternoon if its nice out. Its raining right now but it may change in the next few hours.

Traci, I had a nice walk yesterday.I went with a friend who I haven't spoke to in a couple of weeks so we had lots to talk about.DS fell asleep (of course) and the new stroller was dandy! No wind or sun got to him and he looked super comfy! Ill be doing alot of walking this summer. I wouldn't be surprised if I am out twice a day.I will be so skinny...everyone will be wondering where Ive gone...or the stroller will look like its pushing its self! LOL;) :)

Amy, get your taxes in the mail! I think mine is done! LOL DH's accountant did ours and it looks like we are paying in :-( They are gonna try to figure something out.

Traci-Wow,I guess I would have to be doing p9x to understand your workout for today,it sounds fun!I was wondering(or just being nosy;-))what kind of studing do you do? Sometimes I wish I could go for something more thrilling than medical billing and codeing,maybe like a nurse or sugical tech,but in the end I just want to get done with school and start working!We live in a very small place and want to get a 'place of our own' by the spring of 08'!Have a great workout!

Amy-We usually do our taxes as soon as the paper work arrives at our house(w-2's),only because we get money back!If we didn't get money back then we would probably wait until the last minute!

Lori-I went for a walk also,all though it was a little windy out! My DS was crying when it was time for him to get out! I must admit that pushing him in the stroller was a workout in itself(hes heavy weighs about34 pds,and hes not even two yet)hes just 6pds behind my daughter who is 5!Course she a little string bean!


Well,Im not sure what workout im doing today,its suppose to be in the mid 70's so might take a very long walk with some running in it and some kind of strength workout!I always find that when i jog a little my asmtha starts up with me agian,I just don't get it ,i use a rescue inhaler before I attempt to jog! I also take advair twice a day!

And I have put myself on restriction,to not wiegh untilt the day Im suppose to! friday morning!...bbl

gooood morning ladies, i hope everyone is having a good morning:) i made it through my 1st day back to work and it went ok. i had a dream about my mom last night so i got to see her. i am such a crazy person because i have saved 7 messages on my answering machine just so i can here her voice:) today is going to be either kenpo x or a tm run. i cant wait until the weather is warmer so i can go out a night for a walk/jog or a bike ride

traci:i am with you about the cramps, unfortuantly my ttom came in the day my mom passed which of course made it extra special

lori:i remember those late nights. i would love to be able to have a baby and then get them back after they sleep through the night:)

amy:i remember my kitties doing the same thing:)

amelia:i try not to wi until monday but sometimes i get sooo curious, good luck with that:)

No TOM yet, but I can feel Easter and Las Vegas fading away. Yahoo!
This morning did a 6 mile run with my lady friends followed by CTX Upper Body Split (30 min). Just right for today.

Gotta go to early work meetings - sigh -

Hey, gang! Well, the workout is finished! I usually don't do one until later in the day, but since I basically slept all of Sunday and Monday away, I felt that I needed to get one in early. Legs and Back was on the menu today and it felt really good. I usually don't like legs workouts and tough my way through them. Anyway, there were NO repeat exercises in this one for the legs and I really like that. I also did the first 30 min step workout of Tracey Staehle's and liked that one too! Once you get the hang of the combo's it's really fun!

Off to the shower and then errandizing!

Wow, Amy, killer workout. I'm impressed! Glad it felt good.

I finished up with CTX upper body split after the run - just right.
Great news - weight is 122.8 this morning. Same as April 1 (bummer) but at least Easter and Las Vegas is gone. Thank goodness. Onward and upward (or is that downward?) I still want to lean out by at least 4 lbs more.

Amy, I got the Tosca Reno Butt Book and it came last night. Maybe we can read the book and do her suggestions together? Would be fun :)

Hi Girls,

Went to check in before baby group but didn't have time:-( Oh well...Im here now and surprised to see that no one as posted since Cheryl!

I read everyones post but have them forgot now so I will come back for personnals later:)

So, I did HSC and a 3 mile run today. It was a great workout but I don't think DS is going to sleep through my workouts anymore. He woke up half way through, but the weird thing is he just sits in his swing looking at me. I think he is happy as long as he as something to look at.

Baby group was fun. There were a few n ew girls who showed up which was nice.Quit the chatty bunch.

Must check on supper. We are having Spagetti, it will be the first time I have had grenn peppers and onions! I hope I don't have a fussy baby after this. He is almost 15 weeks old so I should be able to eat this stuff by now.

Hey, gang!

Back from errandizing and man, am I bushed! DH sprung picking up a prescription on the other side of town on me after we got started, so there were a couple more stops to make than I was planning. I didn't mind, but for some reason, there's just a lot of stupid on the road during lunch time on that side of town and I hate getting caught up in it!

Anyway, picked up the veggies for the rest of the week as well as some rotisserie turkey breast:9 . Dinner is going to be about as unclean as you can get.....but I was craving batter covered fish filets....oh well. Tomorrow is another day, right?

ETA- Okay, it's been about 7 hrs since finishing my workout this morning.....and I am feeling it in the legs already!!!}(
 
Lori, every once in awhile something jabs me yet again and reminds me it's been less than FOUR MONTHS since you had a new baby. You go, girl! I'm even more impressed than before.

Amy, great job on the workout. When you have DOMS 7 hours later, you know you've really done something :)
