Happy Tuesday!

Nice and toasty after X day 1 yesterday. Today is a 30-40 minute jog/crawl and Plyo X. }( Will take my ipod to the great outdoors!

AMY: So are you working tonight? Bless your heart for being able to be so cheery about night shift schedule changes! Happy the meds you are on are working for ya! Maybe a Cortisol script is all you need to really get in balance. Let me know Rodney Yee thoughts when you do Yoga next!

Cheryl: I am so happy you are HAPPY! I bet the employees were flying high as well! Being hand picked by the boss always makes you feel good! Congrats on Dr update! I go for my first set of follow up labs this Thursday. My stuff stil needs adjusting but things are much better than before. Enjoy todays run???

Amelia; Happy back to school week! Will your workout schedule have to change at all?


Heather: Great job on RS!!!! Glad to see you are getting in workouts regularly! That means that those little "cheats" are no big deal.

Belinda: ^^ 5 on stats! Anything with a minus is a GOOD thing Be Proud!!

Lori: LOL on the cookies disappearing! i sent the remaining NoPudge Brownies to office with DH this morning! Great job on Imax + GS! You go girl!!! Yes DH is an early bird as well! He is up at 3:30 and on the road at 5:25. Its more because of traffic - a 15 minute later departure means a 1 hour commute vs 15 minutes!

TeddyGirl: MISSED YOU TOO!!!! A vacation day???

Good morning ladies - I'm sticking loosely to Cathe's April rotation. Today is GS C&T and a little cardio boost at the end. Today I work a 10 hour day, so I've gotta bang in my workout. I'll try to catch up with you all later.

Good Morning Ladies:)

Last night WAS NOT a good one;( Im not sure how much more of this I can handle...anyone want a kid???? If you get a box in the mail with holes punched in it...its the baby:) We went to bed at 12 and he was up at 2,4,5:30 and to be exact, 7:48! I don't think I had two soild hours of sleep at all last night.But the cold is still bothering him when he is on his back so maybe he will be sleeping in his swing again tonight. That way everyone is happy.
On a brighter note the scale is creeping its way back down from Sat nights dinner. I seriuosly didn't eat THAT much but it sure did show on the scale. Today I was 134.6 lbs and I think on Sat I was 133.4? Not sure. Anyway, Im showing a one pound gain but I know that if I ama good girl this week I can get it back down and maybe even see 132.

Today I am gonna try and do GS B,B&S and then a 4 mile run. I should be able to fit all that in and I have baby group in the afternoon. I have DOMS in my triceps today as well:eek:

Traci, I can see why your DH gets up that early. I guess traffic jams would put you in a sour mood first thing in the day. Needless to say, my DH would be stuck in a traffic jam every morning:) Do you enjoy P90X? I looked at buying it once but never did. Maybe I should ask for it for my b-day. But I am spending a bit of time on ebay these days so I could check it out there as well, may be able to get it a little cheaper.

Heather, good luck with your rotation. I could never stick to one. I have to do whatver I feel like that morning. The only one I ever did was the Tank Top Rotation and I loved the results. I should do that one in May month to get me ready for Tank top season}(

Good Moring Ladies!

Todays workout will be body fusion or a walk when the DH gets home this evening,haven't decided yet!I've got to get in some kind of cardio!My muscles are still soar from sunday...weird!

Traci-I'am a partime student,going to class twice a week for like two hours a day! Its real easy and I shouldn't complain at all! It doesn't interfer with anything(I want let it}( :7 )I could even do it online(might next quarter)!Now I have a question for you,P9OX,I've heard its got a male instructor and is pretty intense,My DH is thinking about getting his act together and starting a deit/workout!I told him to just do cathe with me,but he doesn't want to do a "womens" workout(roll eyes and *sigh*)! Would you suggest p9ox?

Lori-Im sorry your little guy is driving you nuts:(Sure,send him over here:7!!!I had a hard time with my first one too!She is now five and still gives me a hard time ;-)! Did you try the humidifier I suggested the other day? It really helped my kids when they had colds! And a ^^5's to you for working out with two hours of sleep,be careful!

hello everyone...just a quick pop-in. yesterday was a little crazy because my mom is having a very hard time physically and spirtually. i am going over there in a little bit and hopefully i can stay for a while. i am going for a quick run on the tm and maybe yoga tonite. i am so sorry for no personals but i will be back later or tomorrow. thank you for your prayers:)

I was off yesterday:) My niece cookout was nice we cooked for 75 people:) They were in and out all day

Yesterday, I just did not feel like doing any workout so I walked a few hours.

Tonight, Plyo + drill max, so much to do at work, I’ll check back later.

YES P90X is a guys strength program !!! If he is really out of shape I suggest starting with the Series BEFORE X which is P90Masters Series. Same male instructor Tony Horton. I actually wish I had done a rotation of MS first because I really wore myself out month 1 last time. I'm stronger now but geez that first time around was TOUGH! I have the Master Series and do love it... Its like P90X minus the steroids!;-)

Hi, everyone!

The run was great. I'm feeling like my old self again. Debating whether or not to add on some upper body weights this morning... I only have about 30 more minutes... maybe one of the CTX or Timesaver segments really quick.

LoriG, I am so sorry to hear about your terrible night with the baby! So hard. I am so impressed you are able to keep it together with your nutrition and workouts as well as you do. Thank heavens the scale is cooperating with you!

Traci, great workout! And you have me laughing, like usual.

Mary, I am sorry things are so tough with your Mom. I can't imagine.

Well, off to hit a few more weights and then to the shower.

Heather: Great job on sticking with plan with such a long work day!!!

Lori: Glad that scale is on the way down... Maybe a 1 gallon water day is all it will take- that always works for me! P90X is my only saving grace these days... The rotation is sheer magic for my body. I try and do my non X months in same format but its tough finding exact subs- thats why I only took a 2 month hiatus.

Mary: Yoga sounds like a perfect routine to help with todays challenges. Hugs to you sweets!

TeddyGirl: 75 people? I'd freak out!! Caught up with ya on Xer board!

Belinda: how are you? I hope you'd a wonderful weekend. I think Plyo and DM go hand in hand, don't you, neither our hard workouts they compliment each other. Have fun with Step Blast.

Ladies, I don’t know if I can or if I would've the time to maintain both threads WW and Xersx( :( So, I’m going to say good-bye just for awhile, my WW friend. But, if you guys don’t mind me dropping in every now and again, to talk, I really would like that :)

This time, I’m going to finish 12 weeks of P90X, I know I can do this. As Arnold would say I’ll be back. I promise, take care everyone:) :)

Lori, I'm so sorry to hear about your hard night. I hope you got a nap in, not just a workout - although that too. I haven't done a rotation successfully to the end before because of that same thing of just going with the flow of life. But, I'm thinking that maybe I can push myself harder if I have a rotation structured by someone else. We'll see, this might not be the month to start that. Although, I am looking into summer comming soon and would love to be in great shape for that.

Amelia - My husband got turned on to a whole new workout routine because of P90x. He needed to start off with a guy's routine. Although he will now admit that Cathe wo's kick his butt!

Mary - It's nice that you popped in to let us know how you are even if you don't have much time for personals. I'm so glad with all the stress with your mom you are still able to keep your workouts going!

Teddygirl - Wow a cookout for 75 people! I hope it wasn't all work. Have fun with your workouts! Sorry we're losing you to the other thread. Please do pop in and tell us how you're doing.

Belinda - I guess I'm a day ahead of you on the rotation. I happened to have done day one before I looked at the rotation, I took it as a sign and decided to go with it. So, it'll be fun to track our progress together!

Hey, all!!! Well, I found out tonight that my boss doesn't want to pay me the overtime for working Wednesday and Thursday, so I will be back on my regular weekend schedule this weekend! Not really a big deal but it sits wrong for me on some level because she switched 2 other people's schedules after my offer. That just means that DH and I will be going to breakfast in the morning! Waffle House, here we come!!!

Traci- I am so glad that you are enjoying the X again!!!

Yesterday I started Cathe's April rotation (loosely). I will be trading one day of cardio for a day of yoga.

I did GS legs yesterday, standing stuff only....HOLY COW are the DOMS kicking in today! I am having a difficult time walking!!! It feels really good to know that I worked my legs because they are hard for me to work to fatigue!

I am hoping that we get the information back from the CPA soon about our taxes! I want to get a few more Cathe's for my collection! I broke down and ordered some more of my Erin Baker's Breakfast cookies last night. They are super yummy and are full of complex carbs and natural fruit sweetening. They are perfect for that "sweet" craving!
 
Hi, everyone, yes, I am loosely doing the April rotation... did StepBlast yesterday instead of today because I'd already done GS Legs last Thursday... but only managed a run today (a good one), but no UB workout. Dang it! Need one tomorrow a.m.

Amy, bummer on the boss, but glad you get the extra time with DH. Those breakfast cookies sound good, too.
