Weight Watchers ...**Tuesday**

Morning Gang!
Back is toasty this morning from yesterdays back work. :7

Today is bicep day + Lower Strength Day + Abs.
:7 Working Legs 3x a week now but differently .... Sun = Conditioning Drills 50 min like Slim Series, Tues = Strength45 minutes like GS,PS etc... and Fri= Lower Cardio 45 min like leg blasts from Imax's.
I think that will give me enough variety to keep legs trending in same direction and slim those thighs for summer!

Abs today: SuperSets, PUB, CTX
Biceps: CTX, PUB, Supersets
Lower; Supersets Lower Blast, PS select moves not done in SS

I'll be alternating Ab, Bicep, Lower til its done!

Forgot to tell ya- Academy didnt have 17# dumbells nor did they know what Platemates are & They did not have the BB plates I needed......A day where no one wanted to take my money! HORRIFIC!!!!
...... Question on Platemates: Will the magnets work on my DB if the are the ones with black rubber on the end? :7

Only Gidget sneaking in a late night post so the rest of you have to go read yesterday to see what words of great wisdom I had for you!:p :7 :+

GIDGET: I know that having this new bundle of joy is lifestyle chaos... Keep the faith that you & DH will find a new rhythm once the "newborn" needs stabilize. Yes I agree that sleep is critical for both of you as we just cant function for long without it. I wish we lived close & I'd offer my babysitting services! {{{{gidget}}}} Even in your sleep deprived state your " The Greeks must have different cows" cracked me up! Have a wonderful day!

I read your words of wisdom last night, Traci! But I think I got stuck on the part about how you can't eat any flour and went into mourning for you.... ooooooohhhhh......

This morning is a 45 min TM run and then the final GS workout - Back, Shoulders & Bi's. I'm feeling a little toasty in the chest from yesterday's Chest & Tri's... but if you can believe it, my glutes and hams are still singing a major melody from Sunday. Wow! I haven't had a workout hit me that hard in a lont time. Guess I know what I've been neglecting... }( }( }(

Back later, ladies, and I hope everyone is headed for a WONDERFUl day.

This morning, I did Butts & Guts (leg blast) & Low Max (7 intervals) legs are like jellox( x( :D :p I will check back shortly, I need to finish a project for my boss.

Good morning,

yesterday my kids took over the PC!

Traci if Cathe doesn't write in her rotation premix, I do the whole 78 min + Abs. Butts and Glutes went by really fast. Is CTX really that good? I know Leaner Legs is on it?
I've been iching my foot yesterday and did a lot of stretching. I tried New Balance ,but I still was hurting. I think I have Plantar fasciatis(PS). This month rotation has alot of cardio it's killing me! Good luck on your diet!

Cheryl here in El Paso I can find Greek Yogurt in Health food stores or an International store. We have a store the owner is from Syria he sells all that stuff. If you can't find it use regular yogurt (no fat free!) Yesterday I cooked Greek food. Gyros on Pita bread and Zaziki( Cucamber and yogurt) Yummy! My diet wasn't so good yesterday!LOL! Are still doing the Feb. rotation?

Lori the texture of the Greek yogurt is different. It tasts nothing like American yogurt.

Today is Cardio Fusion for me!

After that I have to clean out my closet.

Belinda, I've kind of fallen away from the Feb. rotation and am doing my own thing - needing more intense weight workout than the Feb. rotation called for.

Thanks for the input on Greek yogurt. Sounds like it's not low fat - maybe that's why it was so particularly yummy? x(

Okay, my legs were sooo fried I only made 8 minutes on the TM and went straight to the GS Shoulders, back and Bi's. Loved it and gave it all I had.

May try for more cardio this afternoon - or may let this do for today since the last 3 days were all super workouts.

Amy, just looking at Fluidity workout, I think it's awesome, I like it. Maybe I’ll own it one day but right now it is very pricey $250 big ones. I'm still trying to get X $$ for Cathe's 2 DVD's :9

Cheryl, don’t cha just love Imax 2. Tomorrow is cardio of my choice I was thinking about Imax 3, I have to see since my legs are feeling DOMS x( just my reach for an old cardio like Step Heat, I shall see:)

This weather is nasty, man oh man. I had to drive X slow this morning, cars slipping all over the places, arghh. I’m suppose to be taking a friend to the grocery store after work, hm... if this weather keeps on, I don’t think so. And, planning to do UB tonight ;-) ;-) alot going on, I really hope I can get it in, if I don’t its going to throw my rotation off a bit x( x(

I’ve been hearing about Cardio & Weights, I’m going to watch it tonight. I have Boot Camp on rotation for Friday, I tell ya, its’ has been a long time I mean years since I’ve done BC and I’m looking forward to it. Yeah!! Back to work, chat later :7

Good Morning, Campers!

Well, I've been up for 2 hrs and have gotten NOTHING done besides making/drinking coffee and playing on the internet!!!

Traci- I really hope that you are able to make it through this eating thing! I may have missed the post, but why is the doctor so adamant about all the "NOs"??? What's the point of it? Great job in the rotation mix...I am still feeling the Guts portion of B&G. I also am not "goo-goo" about the whole workout, but like you said, it's different and that's what counts!!!

TG- Yeah, I though that the Fluidity thing was pretty cool until I saw the price!! I hope that you make it to work safely as well finishing your other errands.

Cheryl- WOW, I hope that you are able to move after this week! I actually have a batch of your muffins in my freezer!

Once again, last night I place another order for my egg whites and the company is so cool with customer service that the girl called me again to let me know that the received the order and that it was going to be on my doorstep on Saturday! Talk about great CS!!!

Today was supposed to be Cardio Fusion (which is super fun), but I may just switch that with LIC (tomorrow's scheduled workout), which is also super fun! This week's scheduled stuff with Cathe's Feb rotation is pretty heavy on weights and light on cardio for some reason. It will be interesting. Oh, the decisions, the decisions! LOL!

DH has a doctor's appt this afternoon as well. Mine is scheduled for early tomorrow morning! I also found someone talking about Wilson's Temperature Syndrome on anothe site that I want to check out. It has something to do with chronically low body temp (mine averages 97.0) and how that can affect your metabolism.

Good Day Ladies,

I was gonna say good morning but its noon here now. I had a good sleep lat night and we didn't get up until 10! Now, he was still up at 3:30, 6:30 and 8:30 but he is never up for very long. Once again, I just wish I could have a cup of java when I get up.

Seems like everyone as their workouts planned for today OR you already have them done!:) Rylan as been awake all morning so I should be able to workout this afternoon. My rotation calls for BM and although I am looking forward to the sweat fest a part of me would like to do something different. Im not sure if I will have time enough for the whole 90 mins but I will try.

I will check back again later. Its snowing here today so I don't think i will be going very far.

Good Morning.....after much fretting yesterday, I decided to stay on Flex. I know I can not trust myself with Core portions, I will eat too much.

PMS is over, and Flo is here. I feel 100% better already. Isn't it amazing, one drop and that whole PMS thing is over?? It is so nice to have a decent attitude again. That is one of the worst PMS'es I have had in a long time!!

Today I am going to do Low Max. I have not done that workout in awhile, and I really like that one.

Amy, so glad to hear your friendly voice this morning. Cardio Fusion or LIC? Hmmm. Two great choices. You can't go wrong on trat one! I'm thinking of maybe doing Cardio Fusion tomorrow morning for a straight cardio day.

Lori - I'm with you all the way on not doing the core program. I need the portion control too.

Big milestone today - I listed all my lucky jeans that are bigger on eBay. I don't want them around anymore for me to grow back into!
Will be nice to get a little money for them instead }(

Cheryl- Congrats on biting the bullet and getting rid of the "fat" jeans! I gave a pair of my 16's to a co-worker (she says that's her size, but she doesn't have any clothes to wear because she refused to buy anything that size) and she has yet to try them on because she says they look too small! I am at the point where I can't wait to toss my 12s to the highest bidder!!!

Lori- I am also a flex kind of girl! I kept saying I was going to try core, but never made it because it felt like I was flying without a safety net!!! I hear you about the feeling better!! I was like that last week!

After the question about the song in LIC (Realize) I think that I may have to do that one today to see what they are talking about and save CF for a date with Cheryl tomorrow!!!;-)
 
I tell ya, it just blows me away everytime I look at KPC & L&G DVD:7 :7 I just HAD to order it, it’s on the way, it’s on the way, excuse me but I’m to excited:D :D :7 I just can not believe all the premixes and more on this workout. I got a newwwwwwww toy!! Can’t waitttttt to get this baby. Thanks for letting me vent in such a blissful way:D

Okay now!! I know I’m going to preview/try KPC, I have vhs but never attempted this workout:* don't even think I looked at it. Oh, She even mix and match KPC with L&G, this is to too awesome. I know.....I know.....claim down I'm okay, going back to work now. I'm cool :D :D ;-)
 
Ha ha...i can't blame you for getting excited. Whenever I order anything I pay for rush delivery so I get it faster!:) Im amazed though that I have workouts here that I haven't even tried yet. Thats not like me but then again, my life isn't the way it use to be either.

So Rylan ate at 11 and went to sleep at 1. So...Im thinking..no point in working out b/c he is going to want to eat in an hour. Well! Its almost 3 and he still isn't up and I am still going around in my pjs. I can't beleive this! I could have had my workout done and my shower! Needless to say I don't think i will be doing BM today. Maybe I will get a run in after he is done eating. I know what I should do. Im gonna pretend to have a nap and he will wake right up.LOL

I should go check on him. Prehaps Ill make some noise to see if he will wake up}(

Teddygirl, so fun to hear you so excited! Yayy on the wonderful new acquisition. We'll have to all do it with you.

Gidget, wow, know how you feel on the waiting for baby and then realizing you could have gotten the workout all done. Aaagh! Maybe he'll be happy after he wakes up and eat and you'll get another opportunity.

Took my daughter (Nadia) to the orthodonist and afterwards she wanted to go to Applebee's. Very fun to have the time with her. I got the French Onion WW soup and the salad with dressing on the side, like usual. Yum!

Amy, very fun about giving your big jeans to your friend. Pretty soon you'll be ditching those babies altogether!! Oh, the fun!

Well, back to work. Tomorrow morning will be the big discussion with my business partner. Pray for me!

Cheryl: thank you, I can WAIT been wanting L&G DVD for a veryyyy long time. Next, on me wish list is Cathe Stepper and than Cardio Kicks;) Applebee’s have some GOOD WW entrée’s. nice choices:9 :9 matter of fact, my next treat day I'm heading too Applebee's.

Hi Girls,

Just back to report my workout! When I went to check on him he was waking up and while I was feeding him he was pretty lazy so I knew he would go back to sleep. I did a 3 mile interval run and the circuit seg of BM. Now I feel like crap.This cold is getting the best of me.I reaaly hope Rylan doesn't get it! Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

Hey, all. LIC was WONDERFUL!!! I actually was able to almost all the barbell curls with the band (cuz I lowered my weight) and actually did #25 on the overhead shoulder presses with the barbell and Cathe, et. al only had #20! I didn't realize the weight difference until I was already through the whole exercise!! I really kicked butt today and it ended up being 1000+ cal burn! WOW!

DH's appt went fine, then we had lunch and picked up the rental car.

Nothing else to report except I stopped off at a sports nutrition store and picked up some protein powder that's flavored "chocolate fudge cake"! It smells really good, but the test will be the flavor!! It's got 40 gm of protein per serving, but it's also 200 cal per serving (2 scoops). I think that I can get by with just 1 scoop!

I'm in a knitting groove, so I am back to that, I just wanted to see what you all were up to.
