How is everyone? Ready to start another week?
I woke up today with the cold comming back again. I had a touch of it last week but it didn't amount to anything until now. Im hoping it will just pass off again.
I also saw a rotation over on the OD boards and I think I am going to give it a try, except for the days when its just weight work. I am either going to do a run with it, or a run after dinner before bed time. Not a long run just 30 mins or so.That incorporated with a super clean diet this week should help me lose
I also found some bread last night thats only 1 point for 2 slices. Now, grant it, the slices of bread aren't normal size peices but its still big enough to make a sandwich
Cheryl, good job on the scale! Your getting there! I bet the cake was yummy:9 I haven't had ice cream cake in ages.
Amy, good job on the run. it doesn't really matter how fast you go, its just that fact that you didn't it and you can always improve on your speed and distance. I know I didn't run very fast at first but its been 8 yrs so I have had some time to get better.
Traci, are you home yet? Did DH women-nap you and keep you for another day?
