Weight Watchers - 3rd week of February

Shereta - so it could possibly be a legitimate loss?!?! I'll take it...;)

Jennifer - I love that we have someone to relate to as well. Keeps me from wondering "what the heck is wrong with me?!?!"...:p

This morning I did 4DS upper body HiS circuit earned 7pts

I haven't figured all the points yet. I'll try to be back with my totals.

Good morning ladies!

I hopped on the scale this morning with the expectation that yesterdays loss was a fluke. Not that I didn't believe you, Shereta, it just felt too good to be true. Well, not only is it true, I've lost another .8 since yesterday...:D I even weighed myself 2x because I couldn't believe what I saw. What a great feeling. I can't remember the last time I saw that number!

So I think it's safe to say that 26 is my magic WW number and I should never eat carbs at dinner...:p

I'll BBL to post my menu & workout. I have High Reps UB premix on tap for today and I want to get in a cardio. We are heading out to DD's soccer game. It's an early one, but I'm happy a happy girl today!! :D

Congrats on everyone's successes!!

I've gotta buckle down a bit, my progress has been slow if non-existant! I ATE tons yesterday at an office party. I'm sure I ate way past my WP's last night alone. So, only thing I can do is stay within my DP's until the new week starts.

Menu so far...

B--low carb yogurt with fresh raspberries
L--dunno...guessing raw veggies and dip
D--grilled chicken breast and more veggies!

Workout....did 40 minutes on the treadmill of 5 min jog followed by 3 min fast walk, then did abs.

I had a recent bday and wanted to be below a certain weight by then and I achieved that goal by 1 lb....I have another upcoming goal planned as well...crossing my fingers!! :)

Melissa: you and I seem to be on the same exact roll lately, because when I went on the scale this morning, another pound was off that number, yeah!

So I'm 2.3 pounds down from Monday, and I really, really hope I'm able to maintain it until my weigh-in day.

And with that, I am going to finish breakfast (1 cup coconut milk, 3/4 cup Honey Nut Cheerios, 1/4 cup Quaker Oat Squares, 1 cup berries) and then go for a quick 50 min run!

Stacy - congrats on reaching your goal and more importantly, setting another one!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! And Happy Belated Birthday...:D

Jennifer - totally awesome! It took a while for us to get in our groove, but we are ROCKIN' it now...

hey ladies. quick post to say I over slept today and didn't workout. I've been running all day.

Menu
B. danish = 8
s. banana, milk, muffin = 8
l. popcorn = 15
d. salad, tuna = 7
total; 38

will post more tomorrow. i hope

Updated menu....

B--low carb yogurt + raspberries (3 pts)
L--bagel (10 pts...but it was good!)
D--5 oz grilled chicken breast, grilled veggies, 3/4 c Rice-a-Roni (10 pts)

Total...23 pts

I'm stuffed!

I also got an email from collage that my order has shipped. I ordered a new Jillian dvd, the approx release was March 1st...looks like it's coming early :)

It's Kroger brand Carb Master yogurt. (Not sure if Kroger stores are everywhere or not??) 80 cals...12 gram of protein....4 gm carbs and only 3 grams of sugar. It's the best nutritional profile I've found for any yogurt out there. Even the Greek yogurt is higher in sugar.

I'm sitting here trying to decide what workout to do......decisions, decisions.

Though I havent gotten off my butt to do it yet....the winning workout today will be Squeeze Stronger!

Ladies, this really may be a breakthrough at last--my weight held steady from yesterday, so if this holds till tomorrow, when I weigh in, I will be 2.3 pounds lighter, woohoo!!

Trying not to get ahead of myself here, but I am just so encouraged. I've really needed some reinforcement from the scale LOL. I kept the faith that I was doing all the right things by eating healthy, maintaining reasonable portions, and indulging in treats every so often--and working out consistently. I've also been getting more sleep lately (coincidence that my body seems to finally be letting go of some weight? I think not :)) and really making a conscious effort not to stress over every little thing (including my lack of progress in the weight loss department LOL), so it may all finally be paying off.

Yeah!!

Hello everyone. Would anyone mind if I joined in? I have been lurking for a few weeks now and I see how supportive all of you are of each other. I could use some of that support. I have been on WW for almost 3 months now. I think I have lost 4 pounds. I have done the program before with success (lost 30 pounds, gained back 8 and have lost 4 of those 8) but I just cannot get back into it. I do love the new program but my mind is elsewhere. I think part of the problem is that I have not been able to make the meetings. I run in for the weigh-in but I have to run back out to get home. DH has been working late and cannot watch the kids. I think I really need the meetings.
